Reviews of local pros in Colonial Heights, Virginia

Amanda and Shyanne were wonderful to work with. This is my second clean for my real estate clients and I have been extremely pleased. They communicate great and I will continue to use them moving forward.

I was looking at the rooms not saying anything. Juleila Griffith of Incredible Cleaning Services LLC, asked me if anything was wrong. I replied, "I am amazed...where did all the dirt go?". I have never seen this house cleaner. Thank you!

My first Cleaning with this Company today, and I am VERY happy. Jessica did an outstanding Job , glad she will be my regular Cleaner, the Attention to Detail shows, and is highly appreciated!

As always Amanda did an amazing job. I know it’s a struggle because it’s during the day and so many people are there. But she does a fantastic job. She’s polite and kind. If it’s ever a choice I’d choose Amanda.

Incredible cleaning has the best people! When they arrive, I know I am leaving my home in good hands. Literally, I leave my house while Amanda works her magic.
Amanda always does an exceptional job. Today, I walked in a few hours later, and it smelled so fresh and everything was so clean. Her work is truly incredible! I love walking on these hardwood floors in my bare feet, fresh after a cleaning. It somehow clears the chaos in my brain and body. This is what “home” is supposed to feel like! Thanks Amanda, Anna C, Cheyanne and your whole Incredible team!

I am very angry and disappointed at myself that it took me so long to arrange having these delightful professionals come in reduce my wife's stress and improve our quality of life so much. work with them you'll be glad you did

We hired Becca to do a deep clean of our new house before our family moved in. It was a bit of a challenge, as no one had lived there for several months, but she did a fantastic job! We feel safe knowing that our new home is clean and ready for our family! Would definitely recommend using them for any type of cleaning needs that you might have.

Bravo Tina & Lex! 👏🏻👏🏻 These 2 ladies with Simply Relax Cleaning did a top to bottom clean of my home today & I couldn’t be happier!! They cleaned blinds, baseboards, ceiling fans -the whole 9 yards!!! If you are stressed about your mess, call Simply Relax and they will get you straight! Very highly recommend them!!

The team did an amazing job! Lots of attention to detail! Very pleased with our amazing clean house!!

Simply Relax is easily one of the best cleaning services I've used over the last 15 years. They are reasonably priced, punctual and friendly. They come in with a smile and get right to work. We are so happy to have found Simply Relax and I hope everyone gives them a chance, you won't be disappointed.

Simply Relax Cleaning is the best! Jamie is super sweet and does an amazing job! By having her clean means more time I can spend with my family which is a win in my book. Thanks for all you do! Much love to Sarah as well for taking so much pride in her company!

I hired Simply Relax for my mother-in-law for Christmas! The technicians were so kind and detailed, they did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend Sarah's team!

We just had Jamie out to do a cleaning since I haven’t been feeling well. The house looks amazing! Even small splatters were noticed and wiped up. The house is sparkling. This is my second time using Simply Relax and since they catch all the dirty spots, big and small, I always have them back!

Had 3 technicians out to do a deep clean on my home and they did AMAZING! When they arrived they were very prompt, professional and kind; they asked for a tour of the home and if there were any problem/concerning areas. They brought their own supplies and equipment and when I got back, I felt like I had a new home! HIGHLY recommend Simply Relax Cleaning Services. Definitely will be calling them again Thanks Sarah!

The cleaning crew was friendly and they did an awesome job. House looked and smelled good.

Simply Relax did a wonderful job with our initial clean!! We are preparing to list our home and Sarah's team assisted us in the cleaning. The technicians were very sweet and personable, paying careful attention to detail throughout the home. I would definitely recommend this company!

Simply Relax Cleaning exceeded all my expectations with their exceptional service! After their deep clean last month, I was absolutely thrilled with the results, and I've decided to have them back monthly from now on.

The two women who came to clean were not only incredibly thorough but also remarkably kind and courteous throughout the entire process. They paid attention to every detail and even asked if there was anything specific that needed extra attention. Their dedication truly showed as they showered my home with an abundance of care and attention.

I can't express enough gratitude for the outstanding job they did. I wholeheartedly recommend Simply Relax Cleaning to anyone in need of cleaning services. The owner's expertise in running a small business is evident in every aspect of their operation.

Moreover, their reminder texts and follow-up phone call were incredibly helpful and demonstrated a level of professionalism that is rare to find. Overall, a 5-star company that I'll continue to rely on for all my cleaning needs. Thank you, Simply Relax Cleaning, for your outstanding service!

Simply Relax Cleaning managed to work me in before Christmas Eve and I was so grateful! The Cleaning ladies did a fantastic job! Thank you Simply Relax. Looking forward to your next appointment with me.

I have been using Simply Relaxed Cleaning for the last year and am so pleased with their services. Cleaners are professional and thorough. Their online system for scheduling and paying invoices makes things easy. Highly recommend!

Literally 2 hours before they closed on a Friday they came through to assist me. My normal cleaner bailed on me at the last minute, and we had a major event the following day. Dec littering the house was so overwhelming, I didn’t have it in me to clean too. They came through, stayed late, and did a better job than what I normally received. Needless to say, they came today too, still impressed, and I will be with them moving forward. They stand by their name. Seriously, these folks are amazing!
