King General Contracting and Oscar were very professional. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Oscar took the time to explain the work to be done, provide a cost estimate, and completed the work as agreed. I highly recommend this company.

I've used the services of Oscar and his team for 4 or 5 year now, for everything from exterior repairs, the installation of a roof diverter (to channel water into the gutters), to the installation of insulation under a bay window, and now this week, power washing of dry rot under my deck and the installation of new ceiling light fixtures. He has always been punctual, provided a reasonable estimate, and completed the jobs on time. I highly recommend him for jobs big and small.

I recently hired King Construction to make some deck repairs. I reached out to them because I was very pleased with the work they had done for me several years ago. Oscar provided a fair estimate and took the time to explain what was required and kept me informed throughout the job. I plan on hiring King Construction very soon for my next project!

The service team with King General Contracting with Oscar at the lead did a fabulous job addressing a number of repairs, including: reinstall shelving on my masterbed room closet and repairing drywall holes; secured loose shutters; made repairs around thw deck; painting all shutters, staining the deck and stretched the basement screen door. All repairs were completed in a timely manner and very professional. I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

King Contracting helped me pass inspections for my groundwork’s plumbing phase 1 and electrical/plumbing work while also calling in a friend for HVAC for the second inspection. Hopefully the drywall goes smooth so far so good with this company no complaints. Oscar is a reasonable guy and owner of the company he has a nice team of guys.

I have used Oscar and Kings Construction for over 12+ years. He’s done many jobs for me from deck repair, concrete work to installing a window in my basement just to name a few. He is reliable, honest, does great work and does it for a fair price. I highly recommend him.

We used King General Contracting to repair some panels on a bay window. The window panels were rotting out, and were replaced and painted. When Oscar came to do the quote, he also noticed that we were using cinder blocks for a makeshift step, so he also threw in a quote to build a step. Overall, the service was good and we received clear communication from Oscar. We would use again.

Oscar and team did an outstanding job mounting two TVs and hanging up my shot glass rack I been putting off hanging up forever. I contacted him Tuesday and by today (Thursday) he and crew were here and ready to go. No job is to small, he worked fast and efficient and was beyond professional. Going to use his team to paint all three floors of my house.

If you are planning on renovating a deck, we strongly recommend King Construction. Our deck needed several boards replaced, a new paint job, and improved drainage to prevent rotting of the beams. The project, start to finish, was outstanding. Our experience with Oscar Canales was exceptional. King Construction displayed excellent talent in carpentry, painting, and water drainage concerns. They ensured quality in their work, and maintained project schedule. We are pleased with the quality of King Construction’s work.

Oscar is a licensed Virginia electrician who installed an outlet in my basement and repaired drywall after a tenant moved out. He was professional, efficient, and did excellent work.

Mr Oscar Manales is an experienced contractor who speaks multiple languages extending his reach for subcontractors. He recently repaired our front bay window. A replacement window with Thompson Creek would have cost 18,000.00. Oscar’s studied the problem and found 2 subcontractors with copper experience and concrete drilling experience to install a hood that should have been installed by Toll Brothers. The cost to us; 1/18 of the Thompson Creek estimate.

From start to finish, he was honest, transparent, and incredibly hardworking. He shows up on time, sticks to the budget, and most importantly—does exactly what he says he will do, without shortcuts or surprises. The quality of his work? Exceptional. Every detail was done with care and craftsmanship. You can tell he takes real pride in doing the job right, not just fast. I will call Oscar and King General Contracting from now on. Our home is only three years old but the carpets were starting to get wavy & bumpy from needing to be stretched. Kings General Contracting LLC responded to our request for quote in short order & were here on time, with smiles & professional service. The job was completed as if the carpet was newly laid! It was exactly as we wanted & the results were better than expected! I included some before & after pics of their work so you can see for yourself (please excuse the stains as we haven’t yet had them cleaned yet, that’ll be later 😉). We would definitely recommend this company. They are easy to work with, reasonable, professional, prompt, & clean up as if they were never even there! We are SO GRATEFUL! Thank you!! I contacted Mr. Canales the day after the last snow/ice storm (2’26) and the response to having my car dug out was amazingly timely. The crew showed up and I couldn't have been more appreciative for the thorough completion of the task. Days later the wind tore a few pieces of my siding loose and I didn’t hesitate to call King General Contracting again. I’m grateful the pieces weren’t totally unhinged and just needed to the reattached at one end, but nonetheless I can’t see where the works were done, it looks great.
