I recently called this store and was very disappointed with the level of service I received. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, which made the experience frustrating and unwelcoming. I expected at least basic courtesy and helpfulness when calling, but unfortunately that was not the case. I hope the management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the business. I decided to take my business elsewhere..
