Not only did M.J. quickly diagnose the issue (compressor in my frig was shot) he left to pick up a new compressor and returned later that afternoon to install. We were having an issue with ice building up in our freezer. Another tech from a different company came out twice and was unable to fix the problem. MJ came, instantly knew what was wrong and how to fix it. He was kind, patient, and knew how to explain everything in a way so that a non-tech person could understand.

Fixed my GE Profile washer with ease. They came out in the same day on a Friday evening to diagnose the issue and then fixed the machine three days later. It would’ve been fixed the very next day but the parts store just changed their Saturday hours to be closed on that day, so we had to wait until Monday. No problems whatsoever. I highly recommend them.

Masih did a fantastic job with fixing my dryer AND I asked him on the spot if he could do a couple additional things for it and the washer, and he gave me a reasonable price to add those. I'm a first-time homeowner, so I was figuring this all out for the first time as I was going through Google and AI to learn what I needed to do, and he kindly helped me understand even better how different things worked. He did great work. Was very thankful he was able to show up in less than 24 hr. and to take the extra time to hire him to fix more things. Highly recommend.

Mr. Zaki was wonderful. Very friendly and professional. I would gladly reach out to him for service again. He replaced my bad ice maker in my fridge. He was quick and very tidy (left no mess whatsoever). My nearly 6 month ordeal to get my ice maker fixed is finally over thanks to him. Much appreciated Mr. Maki.

Tolo Appliances / M Zaki - were excellent. Got our refer going very well and explained what we should be doing - like cleaning the coils once in a while. Zaki is great with customers - knows what he's doing - will always have a job as I mentioned to him.

Excellent service from start to finish! Communicative technicians. Once my replacement fridge parts were delivered the technicians came the next day to install. The installation was speedy but thorough. The technician advised on how to prevent the problem from happening again and what is needed to take better care of the fridge. I will definitely be using TOLO again for future appliance repairs.

I reached out that morning, and he came a few hours later and fixed my dryer so quickly! Very kind and great service!
