House Cleaning reviews in Dumfries, Virginia

Crystal Clean does all of my move out cleans for rentals I manage. Always reliable and honest.

I can vouch from first hand knowledge that crystal clean does an excellent job of cleaning from top to bottom each time they come.

Excellent house cleaner. She constantly does an excellent job. I highly recommend her.

I am putting my house on the market and wanted a thorough cleaning. Pros the individual who cleaned our house was early and very friendly. Cons a lot of things were not done for the money we paid. She did not use a bucket to clean with so everything was just wiped down. My faucets were still dirty/spotted and the inside of my toilet was not clean. She used my vacuum cleaner and swiffer to clean with. She poured liquid lysol on my floors and went over it with my swiffer. She did not sweep or mop the floors and I specifically asked that they be cleaned. my kitchen counters were not cleaned nor was the outside of my refrigerator wiped down as I asked. We had to go back and re-clean ourselves so I feel like I wasted $225.

Crystal clean is a wonderful service. She is very thorough and we couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend Crystal Clean!

Paid $135 for my almost empty, 500 sq ft apartment to be cleaned. The cleaner showed up late, without the proper supplies, and called me after she arrived to tell me she would be charging me extra to clean the fridge. None of these surcharges were discussed when I was booking.

In the 2 hours she was there, she didn’t wipe any of the windowsills or shelves & the bathroom sink was left dirty- all of which were on the list of priorities i have to her. When I asked about these very basic parts of a professional clean, she told me they weren’t “included in the service.” I didn’t think to verify because to me- these things are standard with any professional clean. Not sure exactly what I paid for but I’d recommend saving your money & passing on this service.

Crystal$$’s cleaning service was amazing! I have used this company twice and they have been top notch both times! I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family that were in need of carpet clean or home cleaning in general. They definitely get five stars from me!

LaTonya was very accommodating for a last minute clean we needed before guests arrived to our home. She thoroughly cleaned everything we discussed and tidied up as needed. Arrived promptly and brought all supplies needed. Would highly recommend for any cleaning in the DMV area.

Omg...PSA>>> DMV and surrounding areas... You are so lucky to have the best cleaning company lead by Latonya Snow in your area. She use to be in Tidewater (7 cities) and relocated to DMV (Dumfries) . When she was in Tidewater we hired her to clean our house on a regular basis. Her teams attention to detail and quick cleaning made each and every experience GREAT! It never took her long no matter what condition our house was in. Coming into a clean and sanitized home after a long day at work was the best investment we could have ever paid for. Getting a cleaning company to clean your house is the equivalent to self care like pedicures, manicures, fascials and hair cuts. I have not paid a cleaning company for my house since CC relocated because no one compares to what Latonya and her crew did in our home. So I'm stuck loosing some self care time and cleaning my house... unless Latonya is willing to make that trip to my house from Dumfries 😉. Latonya is a very trustworthy, free sprited, blessed soul, and helpful young lady. We love you CC (Latonya Snow) keep up the great work. DMV area call CC to clean your house you won't be disappointed.

Crystal Clean Homes exceeded my expectations! The team arrived on time, worked meticulously, and left my entire house spotless. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. I’ll absolutely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-notch cleaning!

I’ve been using Crystal Clean for my rental property since March of 24 and I’ve been extremely satisfied with the results. My guests have explicitly mentioned how clean the place is and my cleanliness rating has improved a great deal. Great to work with and I recommend them to anyone.

As a Real Estate Agent representing my clients best interest, I hire the most qualified and trusted companies to help with turning over a property for market. Crystal is my go-to as she is reliable, does a remarkable job, and is extremely easy to work with. If you are looking for someone that pays attention to detail - I recommend Crystal Clean!

Crystal Clean has been my go to company every time I needed a touch or a deep cleaning. That you for your help!

Very pleased with Crystal Cleaning! She asked exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond. Very thorough, quick, and easy to work around which was convenient given we work from home. Scheduling was a breeze and before she began she confirmed all the products she would use to ensure we were okay with them. She even made notes for when she returns.

Crystal clean is the best service we’ve ever received. Not only are they more than efficient in their work, but they are also kind, courteous and best of all punctual. My house looked and smelled amazing. You can never go wrong with Crystal Clean.

The staff and cleaners were all very professional and nice to work with. The scheduling was easy and was always kept in the loop. Client communication is very excellent. The deep clean was superb, I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you very much!

This company is professional and very responsive from the start! I received the moving out service and the team did an amazing job! I highly recommend FMS Cleaning Services!!!

Melonie and her crews are thorough in their work. Very open to feedback and concerns. I don't speak Spanish yet use Google translate if needed. House always smells fresh and clean when they are done. You can ask for additional services such as fridge, oven, laundry etc.

I called Flow's to do a cleaning for unexpected company and they accomodated me with a prompt appointment. I have found Flow's Cleaning Service to be prompt, thorough, and clean all of areas requested. I highly recommend their services.

FMS did a wonderful cleaning job in my home. My home was a big mess due to my immobility from illness. They arrived on time and went immediately to work. They were done quickly and I couldn't believe my eyes. My stove looks brand new and I am ready for a magazine photoshoot. I am so pleased I want to tell everybody. FMS is the best.

The whole experience was excellent right down to the initial phone interview. The leader (Melanie) and team were professional, walking us through a thorough detailed cleaning list of which was done perfectly. I would reccomend Flow's Cleaning service to any and everyone. This is the beginning of good working relationship I would say.
