Poor customer service will tell you a time and then change it and still be late as a business owner this is not the way to run a buisness! The guy works in the day and trys to hustle on the side not a legit buisness save your time and money call a real company...

Can't get a call back nor set an appt for service. Wouldn't recommend this company. Everytime I called them I was told someone would call me back and no one ever reached back out to me. Very disappointed to say the least.

We have used Sunrise for both Air Conditioning service and also install of a new system. They are prompt and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service or installation.

Over the past year Sunrise Heating & Air Conditioning installed new HVAC systems for two of my properties. Both homes were built in the early 1900's. I was immediately impressed with the owner's (Jeff Sarvis) knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail needed to design and install a new heating and cooling system in an older home. He removed fuel oil systems and installed two 2-Ton HVAC units with supporting ductwork, individual mini-splits and digital temperature control. I was most impressed when one installed unit malfunctioned, and rather than explore a less costly alternative, Mr. Sarvis immediately replaced the unit in a timely manner. The overall price was very competitive and work quality was above par. Mr. Sarvis is honest, hardworking and detailed oriented, traits not commonly found. Whew! Let me just start with 90 degree heat is no joke here in the south! I have a Husky 2 teenagers and several foster animals and our a.c. went out. I made soooo many calls and Mr. Sarvis responded! He came right out and fixed us right up! He was incredibly sweet and gracious considering it was quite litterally the day before payday and I didn't have a whole lot I could pay him. Thank you so much. I seriously have no idea what I would have done without your help! I know my Kids and Husky are in heaven right now as am I! Thank you so much!!

He is the absolute best. I was worried I was going to have to spend thousands of dollars buying an outside unit because mine was so old but was I wrong. He was able to restore the entire thing. He is very honest and trustworthy & amazing at was he does. Thank you sunrise!!
