Called another known well service company and was told I needed a new well. Bell company fixed my problem fraction of the cost of a new well.

My husband and I have used Bell Pump and Well for over 20+ years! We have been exceedingly happy and quite satisfied with the expert and professional service rendered by this company!!!!

Came to my home for less than minutes and demanded $170 for an estimate of $2500 plus a possible $1500. I paid the $170 and asked for a receipt. They never gave me one. (By the way, nextdoor.com may post ads that appear as "recommendations" from your neighbors. Be careful when you use that website.)

During the winter months Mr.Bell came out on an emergency weekend call because we had no running water, they fixed the issue and charged 1/4 of what anyone else wanted. Very courteous and professional. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! Wiehle house

My tenant in Clifton called saying the water pump for the well is not working. An hour later he was very happy. Bell fixed the fuse next to the pump. Best hundred dollars ever spent.

Bell Well & Pump is incredible. They really know what they are doing and how to explain it to the customer. Their techs have a high level of training, often at the college level. When you call Bell, you are supporting a locally owned and operated business.

Dave and Ian were just at my house. Thinking it was going to be a 2 hour ordeal to change out my carbon filter ended in being 30 minutes. WAY TO GO BELL- Tank swap. So smart. As a customer my time has been freed up and no mess. Always a plus. And for Ian and Dave- they can clean out the filter at the Bell Pump and Well.

Bell Pump was amazing! Saved me on a jam right before closing on my parents house! Bob, JR and Jeremy were wonderful at responding and solving the issue quick. Very affordable and the best customer service! Highly recommended!

Had water pressure problem getting water to the house. Bell Pump & Well thought it might be a blockage between the house and the well but didn't know for sure and charged $300. They could fix it but would need to dig up about 50 feet and they never did get me a quote. Another local company came by and flushed out the issue and charge a third of the price. Overcharging and not fixing the issue rates them a 1 star for me.

I've referred them three times in the last 45 days for clients of mine that needed their well inspected and water tested for the sale of their homes. They were good getting out there and were very professional throughout. Pricing seemed about 10% higher than others. But honestly their professionalism and timeliness warrants at least that.

Pump died at the house. Showed up same day, replaced faulty pump within and hour and 30 minutes.

People who came to work were very nice and knowledgeable, and explained everything that needed to be done.

Would use company again and give a 10/5 stars

Used for well inspection on home purchase. Took time to explain details and make sure all questions were answered and that I understood everything. Really good at explaining to someone with near zero background on subject. Used again at later date to set up water filtration system, once again great service.

The technician disclosed that the company had done repairs to the house before I bought it when the owner Mr Bell did not and lied about his previous work when discussed repairs estimate with me. Dishonest and overpriced. I would have not agreed to a new contract if they told the truth.
