If you want a landscape company that provides good communication, do not go with MowCow. My husband and I have had difficulty getting answers and justifications for billing items with this company. Because of this, we cancelled our service and went with another lawn service provider. But, due to the communication issues described above, MowCow did not seem to understand that we cancelled our service over the phone and in person with a lawn technician last week. After all this, MowCow still performed unwanted service on our lawn today while we were out. We were hoping that our matters with them had come to an end.

I was a first-time customer and had a great experience from start to finish. My initial estimate was with Dan. Right off the bat he was very personable and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable, and had good ideas and suggestions to address my areas of concern. The online proposal review/deposit process was seamless and easy to navigate. The workers were efficient and thorough. They made quick work of ripping out the old plants, planting the new ones and mulching and my front yard looks fantastic. Everything looks clean and fresh, and I'm happy with my new low-maintenance plants and shrubs. They also weeded my back yard and addressed the "mud pit" underneath my deck by grading, installing weed fabric, and gravel. It wasn't easy work (especially in 90+ degree weather) but everything looks amazing. I highly recommend this company.

Mow Cow continues to do great work. They started on our backyard a little less than a year ago and have transformed it. We got environmentally safe treatments and a lawn that requires little care beyond mowing. The before picture was taken on April 20, 2019 and the after picture on April 16, 2020.

Our lawn looks great. Mow Cow is doing a very nice job. I just had my azaleas and front shrubs pruned by Mow Cow. They did exactly what I wanted and left a clean, tidy yard after them. I am very happy with their service.

We get ankle deep every fall with so many leaves. We are really impressed with their leaf cleanup and mulching. We will hire them again for our next cleanup.

I scheduled a very large weeding project and although there was a delay due to staffing the work was done in a day and the result was outstanding. Everything looks beautiful. The staff spoke to me about what I wanted and accomplished it. It was not cheap but it was a difficult project on a steep slope and I believe it was worth the cost.

We have been MowCow lawn treatment customers for years but have encountered ongoing issues this summer. After noticing a small patch of dead grass on our lawn, my wife called to request grass seed. She was told that she was not a customer. I then called and was told that we were listed under separate accounts and that the associate would direct our request to manager and that he would call us back. He never did so. Fast forward to later in the summer and that patch continued to expand, covered in fungus. We called and paid for fungus treatment and were told treatment would be prioritized, likely within 3 business days. Weeks went by without treatment or contact from Mow Cow and when I checked in, I was told the route manager had been out of office. Meanwhile, 2 services were performed at my neighbor’s house between the time we paid and the time I checked in on the service request. I asked to speak with a manager and was told she would call that afternoon. She never did. I got a refund for the service.

We have recommended Mow Cow to many neighbors over the years. Seems the company has gotten too large for its loyal customers. I’ll do my part to recommend those same neighbors now look elsewhere.

MowCow Lawn & Landscape service has been excellent this year. My lawn is clear of 99.9% of weeds and (except for some spots in the backyard) has remained green throughout the year (some of that due to our frequent rain showers inJune-July and then the drought in August). Their service is definitely worth the cost.

Mowcow did our annual Spring make over entailing yard cleanup, bush trimming, mulching and lawn cutting. MowCow’s team did an outstanding job. I was extremely pleased 😀 with their effort. This was our third year with this service.

Their 2-man crew made short work of moving the back yard leaves to the front and combined with the front yard leaves and getting them all into a large pile along the front curb. The vacuuming crew showed within a ½ hour after, and efficiently made the piles disappear! You can be sure I'll be calling MowCow next spring for my yard cleanup!

MowCow continually provides us excellent coustomer service and lawn care. Our agreement for MowCow year-long service has yielded a beautiful lawn. Also, MowCow staff is very attentive to our needs when we contact them. We highly recommend them for their excellent service.

The two man team worked very hard to push the leaves to the street for follow-on crew to vacuum up. Only minus was we could only communicate through a phone translator. They were hard workers! Job was completed in less than 5 hrs.

This was my first service with MowCow Lawn to have leaf cleanup and removal done. I may never rake another leaf in my life! Now what to do with all those leaf bags I bought this year?? :D:D

A great experience and I look forward to working with MowCow to rejuvenate and maintain my homes "curbside appearance".

Mow Cow called and asked to do my Fall seeding and aeration early which was great as I could take advantage of the rain that was coming. They came, did an awesome job! We're very happy with their service. Billing was easy, scheduling was easy, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The grass mixture grows fast, and I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

This was our first time using MowCow for leaf removal. We were very impressed from start to finish. It was very easy to get a quote. The team showed up on schedule and worked very efficiently. Our yard looks great! We will definitely be repeat customers!

The two technicians who came to remove the leafs from our yard were terrific. They did a remarkable job. The yard hasn't looked this good since the last time it was cleaned.
