Dan and Erika helped us remodel our primary bedroom ensuite bathroom. The remodel included combining a previous walk-in closet and an existing small bathroom with tub to create a bathroom twice the size. We were able to accomodate dual sinks, a many drawer cabinet, a tall cabinet linen/toiletry cupboard, a soaking tub/shower with electronic controls, and brought our washer and dryer up to the same room with cabinets above. An additional closet with 4 solid wood doors was built in the bedroom - larger than the previous walk in closet. This work was completed in November 2023.

Recently, there was an issue with the electronic controls (Moen) in the shower/tub. Dan and Erika were very responsive; first trying to help me fix the issue myself with a facetime call, and then sending out one of the original carpenters the following morning who quickly was able to fix the problem. I appreciated their willingness to respond quickly and get my lovely shower/tub back functioning properly.

Very unresponsive! My boyfriend and I recently bought a house but kitchen needed some remodeling. We were new in the city so got no idea who can help us at all so I checked some remodeling companies that can give us some great ideas and make this old kitchen look new. I came across century and called their phone number. I do not have patience at all but this company made me call multiple times to no avail. I attempted but calls won’t get through. My boyfriend tried but no help. Could someone check your phone numbers if any of these are updated? Very annoying!

Great experience. Project finished ahead of schedule, crew was respectful of our house and left the work area clean everyday. I would definitely recommend Century Bath and Kitchens.

We hired Century Bathrooms to replace our shower in the master and our tub in the second bath. Century Bathrooms was the low bidder of 4 bidders and when they explained their process to me, they were the only ones that used the latest technology in their design, such as Denshield and Schluter drains. The installation looks good. On looks alone, I would give it a B+. The problem is that when they installed the products, they didn’t waterproof all of the shower walls and after they waterproofed, they then cut a hole in the waterproof shield to install the niche (where you put the soap and shampoo). When I called to question why they didn’t install the niche first and then waterproof after, so it was a tight seal everywhere, I got an argument from Daniel and was told that I wouldn’t have any issues with the bathroom. He never really explained why breaking the waterproofing made sense. Because of this I would drop their installation to a B-. When they finished the tub installation I was told to give the final check to the installers. Neither the owner or the supervisor came by to look at the work and they didn’t call to see if I was happy with the installation either or listen to my issues. Century Bathrooms cashed my check but never refunded me the $50 that I spent to pick up the listello like they promised. Based upon everything I would give them a C.

Extremely professional, ccourteous, and quick to address any concerns we had with our project. Employees were hard working, professional, and cleaned up each day after finishing (which is not always done by other companies). I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs a bathroom renovation and wants the job done right

We contracted with Century Bathrooms & Kitchens to convert a bathtub to a walk-in shower. Erica, Daniel and their team are extremely professional. The end result surpassed our expectations.

I used Century to remodel my master bathroom three years ago and the shower has leaked almost every day since then. I contacted them several times to have the problem fixed, and while they did respond, for some reason they wouldn't fix the actual cause of the issue. They kept replacing the shower door sweep, but the problem was how they laid the tile. Erika told me they were "experts" at barrier-free showers and I regret believing her. The quality of the rest of the work and experience dealing with them was not what I expected based on their reviews.

I Was enquiring about a vanity from the Fieldstone Brand, and the guy that answered the phone was kind of moody and just hunged up on me. not very nice to treat potential customers.

Century did great work completely renovating my kitchen and making repairs to my bathrooms. Daniel is patient and ensures good communication throughout. The crews are thoughtful professionals who clearly take pride in their work & clean up each day. At no point does anyone try to “upsell” more work and everyone involved is clearly trying to make sure the homeowners are getting what they want and expect - both in terms of quality & design. Living through a major renovation is tough, but having a conscientious & skilled team, led by someone you can trust, makes it a lot easier.

Daniel and Erika were very helpful in showing me my choices. They gave me a realistic time for the start of the project and held to it. Their installation director, Kevin, was very professional and kept me apprised of progress and decision I needed to make. One of the reasons I chose Century was that they did the work themselves without relying on subcontractors.

Aside from a delay caused by the tile supplier, everything went smoothly. Although they were not at fault for the delay that left me without a shower for longer than expected, Daniel and Erika offered to pay for a hotel room so I could get a shower! That is what I call customer service.
