Constraction reviews in Fairfax, Virginia

We had a dryer vent company come out to clean the ducts and they gave me an outlandish price to rework the duct work etc due to a vent cap issue. The tech said “you can call a roofing guy…” I contacted Nathan as his company did a lot of work for us years ago after a big storm. He was very professional and honest and explained what was needed and the cost was a quarter of what the other people were going to charge me. Nathan sent an estimate quickly, and sent Jose out to do the repair the next day. Jose was professional and did the work quickly, cleaned up and told me when he finished. I highly recommend Nathan and Creative Contractors!

I have worked with Creative Contractors for a number of years on roofs, siding, and repairs on different properties. Nathan and his team are TOP NOTCH: professional, helpful, knowledgable, and timely. Our friends & neighbors who used them have had the same experience. I won't use anyone else.

Nathan of Creative Contractors has been very professional and courteous, and I really appreciate his specialized skill. He's responsive, punctual, and a great communicator. He came to my home promptly to do a very thorough evaluation of my roof, and took the time to provide very detailed information, ample documentation of the damage, and a solid plan of action. He's been a pleasure to work with, and I do not hesitate to recommend his services!

After a hail storm, I had my roof, siding and gutters replaced by Creative Contractors. The installation went without any problems and I'm very pleased with the overall result. Nathan worked with my insurance and personnel necessary to perform the job. I would highly recommend his company to anyone who is looking for a professional and reliable contractor.

Here is Something to Chew on about Creative Contractors:
First, Nathan is TOP-Notch and so is his Father......the Roof Connoisseurs!!.....very outstanding, professional, and very knowledgeable individuals of the roofing business. I needed roof repair from a bad storm and contacted Creative Contractors. Nathan came the same day I call and showed me the problem areas on the roof. Nathan even went beyond to point out some flaws on my roof from a previous repair company we spoke about. Nathan handled all of the details with my insurance company, his team showed up and completed the roof installation. Great quality of work performed and I definitely recommend Creative Contractors Service.

I’d give Creative Contractors 6-stars, if I could. I’ve been through hail damage twice, so I know the ropes and that countless contractors come knocking after a storm. It can be scary, feeling like you’re prey, not knowing who to trust. From working directly with my insurance adjuster, to making sure the work gets done to my satisfaction, Creative Contractors has had my back through the entire process. You won’t regret going with this contractor. A++

Very good experience with Creative Contractors. The owner, Nathan, is a very professional and polite person. He worked directly with my insurance company and helped walkthrough the process seamlessly. His team worked well changing roof, sidings and window screens. Highly recommended.

The most recent house repair I had done was a wonderful experience. In addition to being punctual, friendly, and highly experienced, Creative Contractor's team was able to resolve the problem promptly and effectively.
They took the time to explain the issue and the process of repairing it, which provided me with more peace of mind. Without any unexpected occurrences, the task was finished on schedule and within budget.
The level of professionalism shown by Creative Contractors, their personnel and the quality of the repair have left me feeling quite delighted.
They not only surpassed my expectations, but I strongly suggest them for any home repair requirements you may have.

Overall great experience from start to finish! My roof had SIGNIFICANT damage after a hail storm in Richmond, VA. Mike Mode worked his butt off and helped navigate a tough insurance company to get me my new roof. They did great work, were timely and transparent. I would highly recommend! #5stars

Mike and the team at Creative Contractors proved to be the best company to replace our roof. Mike was professional and delivered exemplary service that helped us feel confident about the quality of the products and installation. If you’re having a hard time finding honest and professional contractors, I recommend calling Creative Contractors before you make any decisions.

Last September (2023) I hired Creative Contractors to put in all new windows in my townhouse and to put on a new roof and siding. I definitely picked the right company! Nate and Mike were AWESOME! They were attentive to my needs, honest, and always on top of things. The workmanship was EXCELLENT! I highly recommend Creative Contractors!

We couldn't be happier with the work that Nathan's team did for us! We encountered hail damage in September, and as first house owners, we were lost about what we should do to the damages and how to go through the claim process. Thanks to Nathan, he showed up and presented his work very professionally and clearly to us, examined and documented our damage carefully, and helped us with the claim process. He earned several businesses in our neighborhood through his professionalism, customer focus, and efficiency. Not only him, he also has an excellent team. When his team came by to replace the siding for us, they worked very efficiently, it only took one and a half days for them to replace the siding for our house, and they recycled and cleared the trash completely. The entire team was a pleasure to work with from the initial consultation through the final construction. In summary, we're grateful for the help from Nathan, and we definitely, 100% recommend and trust him and his team. Will come back to him if we ever encounter any construction needs.

A golf ball-sized hailstorm recently impacted my townhouse. Nathan with Creative Contractors was very professional and he’s just a nice person overall. He explained the whole insurance claim process, and even performed his own comprehensive inspection to ensure my insurance company correctly captured all of the damage. I needed a new roof, shutters, gutters, downspouts, storm door, window screens, and the windowsills had to be rewrapped with aluminum.

Nathan remained in constant communication which is important to me. He and his crews stayed on schedule and there weren’t any hidden costs. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. It was a pleasant experience considering the circumstances. I highly recommend Creative Contractors and I know that a lot of my neighbors who also used CC for their repairs are very pleased.

Creative Contractors expertly guided the entire insurance process from start to finish. They personally met with the adjuster, thoroughly documented all storm damages, and ensured everything was properly approved. Even the insurance adjuster commented on their professionalism and knowledge of the process.
The repair and replacement work has been completed successfully and to our complete satisfaction. In an industry where many contractors either lack proper expertise or focus solely on profit, Creative Contractors made what could have been a stressful insurance claim process smooth and straightforward, delivering excellent results.

Thank you Nathan, Thank you to the team at Creative Contractors for making this entire mess of damage, into a postive experince!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nate and his team at Creative-Contractors for a roofing project on my home. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Nate and his crew were professional, punctual, and did a fantastic job on the roof. They were also very communicative throughout the process, keeping me informed of any updates or potential issues. I highly recommend Crestive-Contractors for any roofing needs, and I will definitely be using them for any future projects. Thanks, Nate and team!

We solicited multiple bids for completing the tin roof on about a remaining third of our roof that was still shingled. Nathan of Creative Contractors provided a very reasonable price and was clearly knowledgeable about the products and techniques involved. The work crew installed with a minimum of mess, and completed everything in a surprising day and a half. Clean up was quick and thorough. Follow up the day following installation was a pleasant way to review the process. I recommend Creative Contractors for a fair price and quality work.

Honest, Excellent Work - Highly Recommend!
I had Creative Contractors replace the roofs on two of my properties last year, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, they were fantastic to work with. The jobs were completed quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price.

Communication is key for me, and Nathan excelled in that area. He kept me informed every step of the way, patiently explaining the insurance claim process (which was new to me) and answering all my questions with kindness and clarity.

Recently, a storm caused some minor damage, and I tried navigating the insurance process myself. Every contractor my insurance company recommended was unresponsive and unhelpful. Nathan took the time to explain why I might be having trouble (likely due to the small size of the job) and then went above and beyond by fitting me into his schedule. There was no back and forth or runaround, just genuine and honest communication.

While I'm usually happy to pay more for trustworthy contractors, Creative Contractors' pricing is very reasonable. I've already recommended them to neighbors and family, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who values quality work and honest communication.

Creative Contractors exceeded our expectations - they replaced our roof & siding. They used premium durable materials to withstand elements. Professional, knowledged, fast response & efficient during entire process -pre, during & post (clean up). My husband & I recommend Creative Contractors to everyone (Nate & his crew gave us peace of mind).

We had been trying to get our roof replaced for months; several contractors quoted us and then just disappeared. I contacted Nathan and had a new roof within two weeks; just two days for the full installation. It was not only quick and well done, but the price was the best of all our quotes and Nathan's workers were also really kind.

The process of getting a new roof, especially for a first time homeowner is, to say the least, daunting. I rely on those who know the business and are honest and upfront about the details and specifics of the process. Nathan and his team at Creative Contractors were simply some of the most professional and transparent group of people I have worked with. I was in the loop through every step of the roof replacement, and was given a breakdown of cost and estimated time of construction, which was very comforting. I am extremely happy with my new roof and the speed of service to which it was done. I would recommend Creative Contractors to anyone looking for any roofing issues you may have. These people say what they do, and then do what they say....

Wow! There aren’t words to adequately express our gratitude for having stumbled across Creative Contractors! The professionalism, attention to detail, support from start to finish, and follow-up were above and beyond for our roof replacement and fence repair plus staining. I 10/10 recommend at least a consultation with this amazing team of contractors who are skilled in a variety of areas.
