After extensive research on landscapers near my area, I came across C LANDSCAPE & POWER WASH LLC. The google reviews were solid so I gave them a try. I called them and the gentleman told me to send a video of what I want to get done. I shot a video and sent it to him and he didn't respond for a day or two so I hit him up again. He said he could have someone out the following day around 9am. The worker didn't arrive to my home till 11am and I had to contact C Landscape myself because I didn't get any notification from them. However, weeding, mulching, and removing tree debris service was carried out flawlessly and I do appreciate that.

I used this company to clean my gutters, and to perform maintenance on my paver patio. They did an excellent job at both of the chores at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using them again and recommend that you do also

Frank was flexible with his schedule given a very quick turnaround. Edwin showed up early in the morning and worked all day to make sure everything got done, great guys to work with!

Cons:
-We had a few miscommunications and delays. However, Franklin was open to discussion and compromise.
-They forgot to install weed prevention fabric in a new bed they created. Franklin did offer a solution to make it right.

Overall, I recommend and would advise to spell out your needs in detail for ease of both parties and the workers on-site.

I used Frank’s company for a front yard clean-up, which included weeding, mulching, trimming, and installing new sod. From the date of inquiry to the date of completion was less than a week! Affordable and done with precision. I look forward to reaching out to him in the future for other landscaping projects.

The rocks were the before. The grass, tree, shrub, and freshly seeded new plant beds are the after. Franklin and his team were responsive, flexible, and no-nonsense. Delivered exactly what was asked for.

I would highly recommend C Landscape&Power Wash LLC. Franklin was very knowledgeable and accommodating with regard to the projects we needed done. They removed leaves and power washed my home, driveway, walkways and patio. He wanted to make sure that we were satisfied with the final completion of our projects...you don't find many people in this arena showing real concern as to whether or not you were satisfied with services provided. I pointed out a couple of things and he corrected the issue immediately with no problems/attitude. A very friendly person plus professional with regard to his craft. You will NOT be disappointed!! A great company!!

Frank’s team did a great job cleaning up our overgrown yard. They removed a few years worth of leaves from our very large flower beds, removed a bunch of wood from an old shed and vegetable garden, and did a ton of weeding and mulching. It looks great!

Called on a Saturday morning. They came the following day to clear yard and gutter debris of leaves and twigs. Great price, excellent service. Highly recommend

I couldn’t be happier with the service from this landscaping company. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the workers are incredibly diligent and hardworking. I am truly grateful for the beautiful garden they created for me. From the owner to the crew, everyone was punctual, easy to communicate with, and paid great attention to detail. They crafted gorgeous, well-defined flower bed curves that exceeded my expectations. I’m already planning to hire them again for more projects!

We had Frank’s team come out to help with power washing and weed removal. The communication and initial estimate process were great, and we really appreciated their flexibility with work scope and scheduling.

On the scheduled day, one worker came to complete the job, which was fine, though it would have been even better if Frank had been on-site to review the work and assist with communication when needed (as the worker had a bit of a language barrier).

Overall, the work was done well—we’re happy with the results and would consider working with Frank’s team again for small to mid-sized projects.

Highly recommended power wash service!
I found this service through a Google search and reached out via email—Frank responded promptly and scheduled an estimate the very next day. The pricing was reasonable and competitive. We were especially happy that they could include yard cleanup as part of the job, which saved us both time and money. The team was friendly and got right to work without delay. They also helped us remove debris in the yard and mulch, which was a huge help. The entire process was quick, and our patio and back brick siding were left sparkling clean. Excellent experience overall!

I called back in May and Franklin was out to give me a quote the next day to clean up my front garden and to remove the rocks in my backyard to replace with grass of my house that it looks exactly the way that I wanted it too, and I couldn’t ask for anything better and they were so knowledgeable and attentive that they found a bigger issue in my backyard that we have to go and get evaluated. but once that part is taken care of, I will instantly be calling them back to do the repair work for the backyard. He had two men who worked all day and completed the job and I honestly cannot express how happy I am that my front garden looks exactly the way that I wanted it to thank you so much.

We have used R&S every year and that's for a reason - they are reliable, experienced, helpful, care about their job....all while being reasonably priced. My husband won't even let me attempt to get estimates from other companies because he only trusts R&S.
