He took his time looking at all the stains our carpet had, then I saw him mixing something in his machine, I think he has his own cleaning product because I never saw anyone do this before. Anyhow, that definitely worked and the stains that I thought would never go away did! He takes his job seriously and made sure he covered everything, Its not always that I would say “Great Job” to a service without having to tell them about the things they missed.
