I highly recommend Everette Carpet Care & Restoration. Super-fast turnaround from the time I called to when they could come out to fix my buckled carpet. The owners of the company, a husband and wife team, were courteous, professional, and friendly and I'll definitely use them again for carpet cleaning. They also removed a stain from my car upholstery. Seriously happy with this company!

Jamal and his sons saved the day for us! Our basement carpet had been partially flooded and his fast response was able to contain the spread. His team explained the process to dry out & prevent mold. They were awesome and we were thrilled with the result! We would highly recommend Everette Carpet for any future carpet problems!

I had small tears and pet damage in a few spots on wall-to-wall carpeting, and went with Everette first because no other carpet repair service company would call me back or take time to inspect such a small problem. I was getting worried I would have to try and fix it myself when Everette came to my rescue. Even though I had no other quotes to compare them to, Everette gave me what I think was a fair price and replaced the damaged carpet (with leftover scrap pieces) without issue. Would definitely recommend their services.

I have two cats and they had destroyed the carpet outside my bathroom door, and on one of the steps leading upstairs. I was extremely worried about this so I turned to a company to repair it. I got a quote over the phone for a repair and they sent someone at as soon as possible. Jamal was kind and professional the entire time, he worked quickly but it didn’t hinder his performance on the job. The job itself is absolutely incredible, you can’t tell there were ever holes there, and the patch he did to the carpet in the closet from having to take some of the carpet was just as amazing! Somehow, he found the EXACT match of my carpet color, despite the fact that I was warned it may not match exactly, this was an absolutely perfect match and it blends into the carpet extremely well! If I ever need carpet repair services again, I will be doing business with this company again, and I’ll be recommending them to my parents as well!

I normally do not take the time to write a review, but I depend heavily on consumer reports and opinions when I am looking for services, so I wanted to share my experience with Everett Carpet. I have used Everette Carpet Cleaning services to clean my carpet for the past 12 years. When I call to make an appointment, I always receive a warm and friendly response. Both Jamal and Ty are very professional and do an excellent job! They are very meticulous and take the time to walk through each room in the house that you would like them to clean, and discuss any trouble areas that may need special attention. They will take the extra time to move furniture and pick up items off of the floor, to ensure they clean the entire area of your carpet thoroughly. I am always so pleased with the results. My carpet looks brighter and smells so good! I especially like the added personal care they give to their customers by offering a sample bottle of stain remover and sending you their monthly news letter, which features excellent tips on carpet care, family activities for the month, coupons, recipes, and you can even win free movie tickets! There is no other company I would call to clean my carpet except for Everett.

We had our carpet stretched to mitigate tripping hazards that had developed over 5 years of use. Then we all our carpets, 3 levels. First cleaning since installed new 5 years ago. Very satisfied with the work and the workers. At the end of the day, we were all more than satisfied. Thank you to Jamal and crew for excellent cleaning, and to Hebert and Wendy for excellent stretching. No more ridges!

Would recommend to anyone looking to have their carpets stretched. Jamal and Quincy made quick work of carpet I was ready to replace thinking it was beyond repair. Like many other reviewers, I was in a pinch looking for quick work on a home about to be listed and they came within a matter of days and got the job done right the first.

Received a quote from K&K Flooring and they want twice as much for the same scope of work (so those saying Everette is pricing must not be shopping around!)

Jamal and Quincy are very professional and knowledgeable. They were a great help in replacing carpet pads and cleaning the carpets after I had water damage. I have continued to use them for additional carpet cleaning. I highly recommend them

Jamal (owner) and son arrived on time and gave quote. Very reasonable and proceeded with stretching three rooms and also cleaning carpets. They did an excellent job. I would definitely call them for any carpet needs.

Everette did an excellent job on our four bedrooms and hallways. The carpets were in good condition but looked even better when Jamal finished up. They did take longer than the 4 hours Jamal said they would take to dry out more like six or seven hours but they were walkable prior to being fully dry. I will call them again.

I highly recommend Everett Carpet! Jamal and Donna were very fast and did an absolutely amazing job. The carpet in our fairly large master bedroom was buckling pretty badly. They came in assessed, repaired, and cleaned all within a two hour time frame. They were both very friendly and professional. You will not be disappointed!

I called Everette Carpet Care & Restoration to setup an appointment for an estimate and they were able to stop by that day. I got my quote and scheduled my carpet stretching and cleaning for the following week. Jamal and Donna arrived on time and were very professional throughout the whole process. They stretched the carpet in our hallway and master bedroom and it looks great. After stretching the carpet they cleaned all the carpets and they look brand new. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

I’ve used Everette Carpet Care twice at my rental property. The first time was to stretch the carpet, and they did a great job for a fair price. Jamal showed up on time, explained the process, and got the work done quickly.

I then had him come back to clean the carpets in my basement. I called him yesterday and he was able to come out today without any issue. He did a fantastic job, and got out all the stains (of which there were many), and the price was very reasonable! They are very professional, hard working, and provide great customer service.

I am so pleased with the service, professionalism and best of all, the results!! The Everette Carpet Care staff gave me courtesy calls when they were en route to provide an estimate for carpet cleaning, stretching and repair in my home and when they were coming to do the cleaning. They arrived on time, were friendly and got right down to work!! They were done within 2 hours and my carpets look amazing! So grateful to have found a company I can trust. I will certainly be recommending them to friends and family.

This is my second time using Everette Carpet Care. Once again we had a great experience with Jamal. They’re pricing are fair and their work was done quickly and extremely well. I highly recommend this company. I know I will definitely use them again!

I hired Everette to clean and repair some heavily damaged and soiled carpet. I really didn't have much hope that it would ever look good again, but it looks great. I was very impressed with their work and they were very patient with me as well. I had to cancel with them twice, but they worked with my busy schedule to get it done for me. I highly recommend them.

They are also a family-owned, small business. A big plus in my book.

Everette Carpet Care and Restoration did an excellent job in repairing a bleach stain on my carpet. I was concerned that you would be able to tell where the repair was done, but you can’t tell at all. Very satisfied.
