I really appreciate your work , very fast and professional . I called them 7:00pm they came next day 9:00 am to install my new Havc .

On the hottest day of the year, my heat pump broke down. I called every professional in the area, but none could install a new unit immediately. Then I contacted Comfort Defenders. They asked for pictures of my current system and, within minutes, sent me a reasonable estimate. Shortly after, a technician called to explain everything. I accepted their offer at 7:00 PM. By 9:00 AM the next day, they arrived, worked through the day, and by 4:00 PM, I had cool air in my house. They left my house clean and promptly sent all warranty and tax documents. They provide the best warranty in the area. The whole process took less than 24 hours, and I highly recommend Comfort Defenders for all heating and cooling needs.

David was very great at his work. He arrived on time and was patient while explaining the issues and educated me in the process to get it resolved. Their prices are very reasonable and great customer service.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the staff. I'm always impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the employees. They absolutely offer the best pricing. My AC was completely out. David showed up and analyzed it and repaired it with in 10 minutes. He took the time to explain it to me and I really appreciate the attention to detail. Cole air was pouring out of the ducts in a few minutes. I only use Comfort Defender for all my home needs. Theu have earned my respect and I trust them.

The receptionist was friendly, and the technician was kind and performed the work as I requested. It's difficult to compare prices to determine if they were expensive or cheap, but considering the recent increase in the cost of living, the price wasn't unreasonable.

Comfort Defender is now my go to HVAC company. It is a well run family business. I was impressed with Safad who operates the office. My call got disconnected on my end but before I could call back she was calling me. I explained my problem with the a/c unit and her response was someone would be out today. David showed up to repair my unit and fixed it in no time. David asked about my filters. I explained to him I changed the one unit every three months and the other every six months. David asked if the filter was the 4 inch filter? I told him it was and he taught me something new. The 4" filter is one you can change yearly and told me when to change it to optimize the best results. David saved me time and money by his information. I strongly suggest using Comfort Defender and the pricing was excellent.

I can't recommend David and his team enough--they quite literally saved our lives! In the middle of January I was visiting my family in Fairfax, I noticed a gas smell coming from the utility closet, where the heater was, and the heat was blowing cold air. I searched for a company to call and found David. He answered right away and was at my place the very next morning.

I had to be at an appointment the next day, so I left the door unlocked, and David and his team arrived early and worked diligently throughout the day. They completely replaced my family's entire heating system--it was an old 25-year-old unit--fixed the gas leak, and made sure everything was running perfectly. Thanks to their quick response and expert work, I was able to stay warm during the recent snowstorm.

We used them to replace our entire indoor/outdoor AC system earlier this year. Their prices were incredibly competitive with others and the new unit has been great - very pleased. They are responsive, professional, and do not upsell. Our old water heater broke down and they were here the same night to inspect and give recommendations. Here the next morning to replace the unit and again at a much lower price than all competitors. We will confidently use them for all their services even after we move.
