Highly recommended power wash service!
I found this service through a Google search and reached out via email—Frank responded promptly and scheduled an estimate the very next day. The pricing was reasonable and competitive. We were especially happy that they could include yard cleanup as part of the job, which saved us both time and money. The team was friendly and got right to work without delay. They also helped us remove debris in the yard and mulch, which was a huge help. The entire process was quick, and our patio and back brick siding were left sparkling clean. Excellent experience overall!

I called back in May and Franklin was out to give me a quote the next day to clean up my front garden and to remove the rocks in my backyard to replace with grass of my house that it looks exactly the way that I wanted it too, and I couldn’t ask for anything better and they were so knowledgeable and attentive that they found a bigger issue in my backyard that we have to go and get evaluated. but once that part is taken care of, I will instantly be calling them back to do the repair work for the backyard. He had two men who worked all day and completed the job and I honestly cannot express how happy I am that my front garden looks exactly the way that I wanted it to thank you so much.

South Side Specialties replaced a 3 feet by 30 feet strip of grass with pavers between my townhouse driveway and my neighbors driveway. Their quote was the most reasonable from an established company. The work was completed as scheduled with a totally professional quality and finish. I would totally use their services again.

We had Jeremy and South Side Specialties landscape our new build home backyard. It's a smaller yard but they came up with a design to make the most use of the space. We love our new backyard and it's so well done and ready for entertaining. We highly recommend Jeremy and his crew.

We recently had Southside Specialties install flagstone on our porch and walkway, and we are delighted with the results. We had approached three companies with our needs, and what Southside proposed was perfect for us. What's more, they were the least costly. Southside was very easy to deal with. Because they do a lot of work in this area, they are very familiar with what the LRPRA HOA will approve, and they designed our job with that in mind. They even put together the LRPRA paperwork package for us so that we merely had to sign and turn it in. Approval came quickly, probably because of the Southside's track record of doing quality work which enhances the appearance of the property. After the porch and walkway were done, we liked the outcome so much that we had them do a follow-on job, building a matching stoneware wall around our shrubbery area to replace an old wall, and replacing some bushes which were no longer what we wanted. This involved adding mulch, and when they found that they had some mulch left over, they edged and mulched our side shrubbery area at no extra charge. They cleaned up the work area thoroughly at the end of each day. Every member of their crew was courteous and helpful when we had questions. If we have another job within the scope of what they do, absolutely well will go back to Southside Specialties to get it done.

Jeremy, Eliza and the team landscaped my front yard and my neighbor's yard. They also installed a stone walk in hers. We both are thrilled with the results. They are professional and terrific to work with. Eliza has extensive knowledge of plant materials and design. We plan to use them again and recommend them highly! Their fees are also very fair. Three other neighbors also used them for landscape and hardscape with excellent results.

Jeremy and his team arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up the area efficiently. I had one large maple tree removed and several other limbs removed. Jeremy was great about following up after the job was done as well. I highly recommend South aside Specialties.

South Side designed and installed a walkway from the driveway to the front door; this included covering an existing concrete entry with stonework. The design was great; the crews were professional and left the worksite in excellent condition every night; they made recommendations (re-grade and sod versus build a retaining wall) that we are very happy with. Highly recommend!

Jeremy and his team are amazing! They went above and beyond! I wish I had before photos... they pretty much demolished a forest full of dead trees and bamboo and turned it into a beautiful backyard. They mulched, removed weeds and trimmed everything in front. It all looks so beautiful. It was a surprise for my girlfriend and she was blown away! Jeremy was extremely communicative during the whole process and even removed all the yard waste all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend for any and all landscaping services!

Let me start by saying that our front yard was the laughing stock of the neighborhood. For the past three years, we’ve tried everything we could to get grass seed to grow. But between a bad slope and improper drainage, we finally had enough. We had initially tried a different landscaper but after their initial estimate came in at double our budget (after we paid an $800 design fee), we looked elsewhere and came across Jeremy South and Southside Specialties. From the onset, we couldn’t have been more impressed. Jeremy knew exactly what the costs would be based on our desires. Once the project got started, his team was very professional and very expedient. As things progressed, we changed and altered a couple things and Jeremy was all too accommodating. Between the sod, retaining wall, and proper drainage, our front yard is now the pride of the neighborhood and I’ve had several neighbors ask who did the work. I couldn’t recommend Southside more. Give them a call.

I contracted South Side Specialties to take down two trees from my back yard. The trees were very close to my house and leaning towards it and with the winter months coming I didn’t want to risk it. Though they weren’t the cheapest quote I’m glad I chose them afterwards I had no regrets at all. They were super professional and swift but most importantly extremely skilled. The crew was solid and someone was always available to answer any question I had. I’m looking forward to using them to construct my new patio in the spring.

Jeremy was quick to respond to my request for an estimate, and very reasonably priced. He even came early! He called to say he had an earlier appointment available, which worked for us.
His crew was efficient and respectful. They left me a spot to hang my bird feeder, which had been a concern of mine. They discussed with us which branches needed to come down, and removed them cleanly and quickly.

South Side created a beautiful stone wall that sets off a large parking area on our property. Jeremy suggested incorporating lighting into the structure and I love having that area lit up starting at dusk and throughout the night. The guys on the work team were professional, the job site was always left in good order and Jeremy really is out to please his clientele! I give them a great rating because they deserve it.
