Ever was my technician for the project. He arrived on time and did an excellent job identifying the issue with my outdoor condenser. He had the necessary part in his van and quickly made the repair. He also performed preventative service on a second unit I have at my townhome. I was extremely satisfied and pleased with the service. I highly recommend this company. I’ve already told my next-door neighbor about them.

I'm an old timer and have been with Richards something like 50 years. We went away for a few days to escape the heat, came back to find AC system not working. Thinking the worst, I called reliable Richards and they originally said it would be a couple of days for service, because there were a lot of calls for service due to the extreme weather. But, then unexpectedly, I got a call a few hours later indicating they had a cancellation and would come that same day. A stroke of luck, given the hot weather. Then, to top it off, the service tech diagnosed and fixed the problem in Guiness World Record time of less than 10 minutes. Truely amazing. It was a clogged AC water drainage pipe. The system automatically shuts down to avoid a flooded basement. Thanks Richards for the outstanding service.
