Never take service from them. They give very low estimation when taking the appointment and then the people who come to clean do not understand English and do whatever they want to do and then the final invoice will be double the estimation. Save your money by not taking service from New World.

They are reasonable and good in cleaning as well , three cleaner visited and doing fast and fully satisfied service as per pricing ,

Unresponsive via email, their quote didn't match their price sheet, and when they finally got back to us they didn't show up for their appointment.

We just used New World for the first time. New World did a much better job than our prior cleaning service for a very affordable price. Highly recommend!

I use them on an on call basis which has turned out to be about every 3 months. The prices are all over the map...this last and final time I will use them they charged my more for cleaning fewer rooms! The explanation is the number of hours which amounts to if they want to stretch it out, you pay! I would never recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely horrible service . Arrived late first time 15 min , second time 2hours and 15 min late . Completely missed a bathroom by the front door . The employees are not nice in demeanour . While cleaning dropped several breakable items . Not recommended if you value your time and expensive items

I recently hired New World Cleaning Services for a professional cleaning of my single family home in preparation of turning the property into a rental. They were able to accommodate me immediately, enabling me to get the property ready in a short period of time. They were extremely profesional and do an immaculate job. Thanks to the work done I am comfortable knowing that my new tenants are coming in to a spotless property.

I found their price to be the most competitive for my single family home. A crew of three cleaners comes every other week and they are thorough and relatively speedy too. Our cleaners are Spanish speakers, and one also speaks really good English which makes it easy for us to all communicate. They also have a manager, Julia, who is very accommodating and responsive via phone and text. They accept cash, check, and credit card which is nice because some other businesses are cash only (which bugs me). I have been happy with this service and will continue to use them on a bi-monthly basis. I was pretty surprised by these low reviews on here, because I hold my vendors to a high bar.

Have been using them for 1.5 years. Great service! They have cleaners available on short notice (for people who are not so great at planning). Everyone has been really friendly, and they are truly thorough-- have had them do a move-out clean, and it looked like we hadn't even lived there. Not all of the cleaners speak English fluently, but I have had no problems. The service is affordable for the area.
