I recently hired Potomac Lawn Professionals for lawn mowing and was thoroughly impressed with their service. Not only was the lawn cut with precision, leaving it looking impeccably neat, but the edges were also perfectly trimmed, giving my yard a professionally manicured appearance. The team arrived right on schedule, which showed great respect for my time, and they were both professional and friendly, making it a pleasure to interact with them. Great customer service! I had an issue with the mowing quality at first, but they were very responsive and reached out to me right away. They quickly fixed the issue, and I really appreciate how helpful and professional they were throughout the process. Solid experience overall!

While the price for Green village was much better than my old landscaping contractor I can't say the same for the quality of their work.
Only 2 days after they put down the mulch weeds sprung up. This is because they did not actually weed my flower beds they only took a weed wacker to them and took the tops off. Additionally my flower beds already look like they don't have much mulch in them because they were very conservative with the amount of mulch they put down.
lastly they sent me an invoice even though I gave their crew a check when they were here.
I will not be using Green village again.
