Thiago and a partner came out and power washed the siding on my home. He also cleaned the gutters thoroughly and made some minor repairs to them. He then power washed my deck, and restained it. He did a very complete professional job on all of it.

Thiago did a fantastic and very thorough job, going above and beyond. There was a lot growing on the roof and he was able to effectively clean it all off, looks like a new roof! He definitely went the extra mile ! Highly recommended!

Needed our roof and front of our wood-exterior home soft-washed urgently to remove a mess. Was relieved this company took calls on a Saturday and came out same day to provide expert advice, a sound plan and a reasonable estimate. They promptly emailed a proposal which we accepted. They scheduled us quickly and completed the work in 1 visit. The house looks great - they did a great job and were careful to not blast off our paint or damage our soffits or gutters. They provided before and after pictures taken throughout their work. They sent a bill 1 week later and a report on their findings and results. The sales rep we dealt with Thiago was professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

After a few estimates, I called Rood Clean and Thiago came to my house. I explained what I wanted...roof cleaned, chimney, gutters. He was very pleasant explaining what he would be doing, and very flexible.

We asked Roof Real Clean for an estimate for a gutter cleaning and a house cleaning (siding power wash), and we received a response in a timely manner. Thiago arrived on the scheduled date, performed the cleaning while making sure not to damage our flowers near the house, and let us know how things went after he was done. The most important thing to us that Thiago accomplished nicely was that he did a thorough job in the actual cleaning of both the gutters and the siding; his equipment and process (method of cleaning) allow him to efficiently work to get the job done right. Thiago obviously takes pride in his work as he did not rush through the process, which in the end meant that no spots on the house were left unclean. Thanks for making the house look like new!

I had been using other service providers for my gutter cleaning with mixed results. And recently, on of the other service providers put me on a waiting list. But when I called Roof Real Clean not only did someone call me back (a real person) but he came out and provided EXCELLENT service the next day. Incredible. I would HIGHLY recommend Roof Real Clean. Thiago's work is fantaaastic! Thiago doesn't miss a square inch of the roof. He actually gets up on the roof instead of pressure washing from the ground. He uses environmentally friendly cleaner and gently scrubs the roof with a piece of equipment similar to a floor polisher. The dirt just rolls off! He also checks and reports on the condition of your roof. He is a super hard worker who takes great pride in his work PLUS he is an absolute people person who is friendly from start to finish. The price was more than fair. I am so glad Thiago did the job. What a difference a clean roof makes!

Thiago was very professional and friendly. Should have been having a cleaning service performed every couple of years at least. Amazing how much more vibrant, bright, and clean the entire house looks after a cleaning. Took care of roof, gutters and siding.

They spray and scrub any tough surfaces. Was also able to clean a concrete patio - that they said they would do their best on but no guarantees. Didn’t charge for it. Came out fantastic.

I am 110 percent satisfied with the house siding and deck cleaning service Thiago did. He was very thorough and even went back over some tougher stains. He was also careful to protect some of the more delicate plants around the house. If you need your house siding or deck washed you should definitely give Thiago a call!!
