I've had the benefit of this team for over 5 years. They've never missed a service appointment, always call when there's a shift in the schedule for uncontrollable disruptions, and have done excellent repair and new construction for us. A quick summary of our experience with them:

1. Impeccable coordination. Our project was in a tight, small yard footprint concurrent with a second construction project by a different company. The Subcomm team— from the office admin to the project manager on the ground— expertly navigated these complexities, keeping us apprised of every phase of the project and coordinating with the other contractor.

2. Effective project management. One of the things we appreciated the most was that our project manager, Branko, was frequently on site with the crews, guiding the most complex parts of the job and answering any questions we had.

3. Excellent administration. We’ve found that many construction companies prioritize the “front of house” and, as soon as the contract is signed, admin tasks take a backseat. Not Subcomm—communication with Chris in their front office was seamless, invoicing was always prompt and accurate, every inspection passed successfully.

4. Diligent and detail oriented. When you’re a homeowner, you want the project completed with the same care you’d put in yourself. The Subcomm crew paid extra attention to minor details and the end result looks great!

5. Fair pricing. We obtained several quotes from other companies before starting the project, and Subcomm had by far the best pricing, quality materials, and equipment.

6. Great customization options. I already mentioned the tight footprint we had to work with. Subcomm was more than accommodating in building a pool to our dimensions and layout as opposed to using a pre-set template, and offered many options for the inside of the pool, tiling, coping stones, pavers, etc.

Subcomm Pools replaced our very old and weathered vinyl pool liner and the result is amazing. They truly transformed the pool. The process involved taking precise measurements, custom ordering the liner from the manufacturer, removing the old liner and finally the installation. The owner and his staff are professional and knowledgeable, and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Highly recommend their services.

I had old pool redesigned and built by SubComm. Miroslav is an engineer, and some of his staff too, are very knowledgeable about the pool equipment. I have been using their biweekly maintenance for the past 2 years, and the new 'techs' that come for pool service is sometimes not as great. Sadly Subcomm pool app is not great. It only shows the measured chemicals and the pics they take. I cannot see messages on it, nor the report they provide back to Subcomm about any extra problems.

Subcomm built our pool and they did an amazing job. We interviewed multiple contractors and are very glad that we chose Subcomm. We are extremely happy with our pool! The owner answered all of our questions and has been always available for me whenever I have had questions. There were lots of staff that came over to do various tasks. They were all professional and the quality of their work has been exceptional.

Highly recommend Subcomm pools! We were in great hands with Miroslav from the design to the final loose ends. He was so helpful, responsive and flexible every step of the way. We were always notified in advance of when the crew would show up and they worked seamlessly with our home builder who was simultaneously working on grading, drainage, sod, driveway, etc. It all came together nicely and we are thrilled with our new pool and spa!

We had Subcomm build a pool for us last summer. The price was competitive, and I felt the team from design through the build was really knowledgeable.
