Called for a carpet cleanup on base, the reviews were great for coming on Fort Belvoir. My husband made the appt and gave them our address and specified it was on base. They gave us the run around after their machines weren’t working, then had us waiting early Monday morning for them to show up. My husband had to call twice for them to let us know they cant come on base and the appt is cancelled. Very unprofessional. Was very looking forward to what the reviews read.

Not sure what’s up with this place. I had an appointment scheduled between 11 and 2pm. A technician called me in the morning to say he would be at my house closer to 12. I called around 12:30 to see if I could get an updated time. I was told I would get a call back but didn’t hear anything. So I called again at 1:30, and was told again someone would call me, but no one did. I had to call again at 2pm (the end of my appt window) and at that time, I was told they suddenly didn’t have a technician available to come to my house. Rearranged my day and furniture for them to come. There was no offer to rectify the situation either. I never leave bad reviews, but this was terrible customer service.
