Only sell to contractors. Eric was rude!! Told him part number, and he said, "company name?", I said I am a homeowner, he said, "sorry, cant help you then....click." No bother to let me know anyone else. I wouldn't even ask my contractor friends to contact this place after that experience!!!

I am writing to express our extreme disappointment with the service we received from the Johnstone Supply Alexandria store. We urgently needed to source six 5-ton units for a significant upcoming job. Initially, the Alexandria store seemed willing to assist us, but unfortunately, they ultimately failed to provide the necessary support and essentially ceased their efforts to help us secure these units. This lack of follow-through left us in a difficult position and jeopardized our ability to fulfill our commitment for this important project.

Fortunately, we contacted the Johnstone Supply Sterling store, who were able to understand the urgency of our situation and successfully fulfilled our needs. Their prompt and efficient service allowed us to move forward with our project without further delay.

Despite our account being assigned to the Alexandria location, we must inform you that we will no longer be supporting that particular store due to this negative experience. Their failure to assist us resulted in a missed sale of approximately $21,000, which is a significant oversight and demonstrates a concerning lack of commitment to their customers. We found their lack of support to be very disappointing.
