Service was outstanding as always! My 4 year old son loves when they come because he thinks they’re here for him. Very professional and great at explaining what is being done. They installed a new water heater two weeks ago but we noticed a leak in one of the pipes. Came out as soon and they could and replaced the pipe. Will be working with them in the near future to replace all of the old pipes in the house.

Austin and Toby were here for HOURS. My vents were bad. Real bad. I saw before and after pics and videos and I was truly shocked. Pretty sure our dryer was about to catch on fire! I highly recommend this company and these two men! Thanks guys!

Very quick to help, explained the process in detail and kept me informed. I beleive the pricing was a decent deal considering it wasnt just work they needed to do, but some extremely skilled and knowledgeable troubleshooting in order to resolves what problems I had. Also did not seem like they tried to make up issues to get more money. Trustworthy and very helpful.

The representative Charlie Zalewiski, came to inspect my air condition unit this morning for my summer tune up. Charlie is always very timely. friendly and very knowledgeable in his job. Upon completion he told me all was well with our unit. As always Charlie was in and out and it is a pleasure doing business with him.

Great to work with. Their staff on the phone was incredibly helpful and reassuring while I was panicking when our heat went out in the middle of a big cold snap. They very clearly laid out expectations and what they could do and followed through exactly. The staff that came to our home were respectful and clearly explained what they were doing and why. Pricing was less than I expected for the amount of work they did in testing and diagnosing the hvac, as well as two gas fireplaces.

Had this company come out to investigate a problem with my heat pump. The technician Charlie suggested full replacement - fair enough since the unit was 21 years old. They sent a quote using their online quote system - you follow a link to a web page. He quoted their most efficient and expensive system possible. When I tried to talk about eliminating one of the options listed, the owner (Jerry) gave me the hard sell about why it was important to keep it, and never backed down. I decided to think about it.

A few days later, I went back to teview the quote and he had raised the pricing by $3,000! Did he think I would not notice? I decided to go with another company.

A few weeks after that, Jerry called me up to offer me a "loyal customer discount". I started telling him how I noticed that he had jacked up the price by $3,000 when I wasn't looking and he hung up on me!
SO GLAD I DID NOT USE HIM.

Emergency service was very responsive and quick. Some of my neighbors used All Air, so decided to call them with my cooling issue. After my regular HVAC company dismissed my emergency. All Air came next weekend day, accessed the situation, explained and fix the problem, same day. Technician was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

I’m a first time home owner and I got a 1971 modular. I noticed that half of my vents weren’t blowing any air and my system couldn’t keep up with even a 1000 square foot space. I called the company to take a look at everything and I’m so glad I did. Turn out I was heating my crawl space! My little unit wasn’t doing half the job it’s meant to do. With returns and new ductwork added my home feels fantastic!! The gentleman that came to my home were super helpful and polite. Charlie was kind and took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand it. Austin and Toby kept their work spaced very tidy and communicated with me every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and I highly recommend this company! They offer so much more than just HVAC and I’m excited to keep working with them to improve my home!

Tyler and his crew are the best. On time, knowledgeable, polite, prices are more than fair.

I appreciate their making an appointment as requested on the first business day after the system failed and that they got it functioning until there could be a technician that could do a more thorough leak check.

The service tech (John Guillotte) was very professional. He called when he was on his way to let me know he was enroute. He cleaned up after himself and let me know what he found. I would have him and this company come to my house to do service for me.

I have T. Elliott to do my annual preventive maintenance on my units. I have to say the Technicians do a excellent job and it well worth the money.

Professional, quick, and excellent service. Our technician Bobby was on time, friendly, and maintained communication throughout our repair. Bobby was courteous of our dogs during the repair to include noise and temperature variations. Highly recommend

I received a bi-annual maintenance check of my HVAC units. The rep was on-time and kept a clean working area, which is important to me. I received a verbal update on his findings before his departure and a written update via email, both I view as important when providing this type of service. Great job.

Tyler was right on time each time and so polite and personable. For the diagnostic appointment we made, we were worked into his schedule quickly and made adjustments to his life/schedule to get to us quickly. When he left I knew everything he was needing to do by name and what to expect for wait times on part due to large delays etc. Secondly, he was exactly on the time for the repair appointment (and let’s be honest this is rarely the case with bigger companies. They are forever over scheduling and finally the poor guy shows up hours later and should already be off the clock). Anyway, he greeted me and got right to work. When finished he came in to just touch base told me what he did, again, and answered my questions. He brought one of his employees this time to help him, and that guy was cut from the same cloth as far professionalism and respect goes. I will 100% always use Tyler Elliott to complete our work.

I was notified via text when the technician Andy was in route to my home. Andy was professional and pleasant.
Andy diagnosed the issue and explained it to me along with photos he took of the problem in a timely manner.
Parts will be ordered and someone will be returning to my home to complete the repair.
We have used T. Elliott Heating and air in the past and would highly recommend them.

I called T. Elliott Heating and Air after my home warranty failed to get someone to my house
for three days. They came out same day and got my a/c unit fixed with excellent service and a reasonable price.

Tyler was excellent to work with! He truly went above and beyond to get our AC (that broke during the hottest week of the year) replaced as quickly as he possibly could. He was responsive, on time and always showed up when he said he would. Tyler made my husband and I feel like a priority and that he truly cared about our situation. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for these services in the future.
