General Contractor reviews in Glen Allen, Virginia

Working for a church can be difficult due the passion of the people and for the necessary procedures and protocols that must be addressed.
I'm pleased to recommend First Class Contracting of Tidewater to understand your needs and to help with the scope of the project and guide you to accomplish the results you deserve.
Our particular project was renovating a choir loft in our sanctuary so that it would be safe and to have it reflect the architecture of the building. First Class Contracting had all the skills, care, and craftsmanship to accomplish that task! It's not often that a construction project comes in under budget and ahead of schedule and still meet the demands for superb quality. We never felt that monetary gain was the only goal for First Class Contracting. Their passion, craftsmanship, and need to please was felt from day one. The entire team (owners, management, salesman, supervisor and all the skilled craftsmen) did an excellent job!
We will definitely seek our First Class Contracting for any future renovations and projects.

Great to work with.

You will not find a better company! Their work is FLAWLESS!

First Class does an awesome job! Always responsive to work orders for any of my HOAs.

Amazing company, very nice and professional young man named Odysseus helped me. Would recommend to anyone!

I called twice and was assured someone would call me back to schedule an appt. 2 weeks later still no call. I'm definitely not interested in using them for any service if they can't even return phone calls for an appt. No thank you.

Thank you Jamie Trego, Kristina Avgeros,Casey Dempsey and Melanie Drews for your great customer service. Gabe/Teresa recommends First Class Contracting of Tidewater for general contracting repairs, powerwashing, gutter cleaning, etc.

They did multiple things around my house. New roof to house and shed. Repaired fence and gates. Power washed house. Repaired deck and porch. painted doors and shutters. Excellent job. Neighbors stopping to let me know how good everything looks.

First Class did a great job with the interior painting of my home! Emil and Issac were very professional, punctual, tidied up their supplies every day and took photos of items to ensure they knew where to put them back after completing work. Thank you!

Contacted them over a month ago to get some windows fixed. Was told someone would reach out to come look at them for an estimate. Never heard back so I reached out again, and was apologized to and set up a time for someone to come out. It has been over 3 hours since our agreed upon time, and they still have not come nor given me any update. Who knows if they'll even show up

First Class Contracting of Tidewater has a reputation with apartment management for renovations and general contracting and more. They are professional and go above and beyond to make sure that their clients are very happy with thier work!

First Class Contracting of Tidewater is an excellent general contractor and an extremely reliable contractor for the myriad of maintenance and repair work required by the HOA of Westwood Village (20 condominium buildings, 304 units). We rely upon them to repair roofs and gutters, repair damage caused by water intrusion of any kind, repair door hardware, restore interior drywall damage, renew stone veneer on our 4-story buildings, paint interior common areas, remedy mold issues, install flooring, and maintain exterior sidewalks and curbs. Their work is always of the highest quality, which makes FCCTW our first choice for repair and restoration work at Westwood Village. Sincerely, Andy Givens, Site Manager

Great company with prompt, reliable, professional and friendly service. I recently had a leaking window and Jose Lopez went above and beyond to find the source of the leak . He sealed the window and fixed the gutter scupper and hopper that had a slow leak above the window. Jose kept me informed along the way and his attention to detail was obvious. He even followed up after a storm to make sure the leak was fixed. Exceptional service indeed! I highly recommend this company and Jose as they truly care about their work and customers .

First class did a great job replacing our old metal trim that paint was peeling off badly from our homes here At Pemberton Green and under Jose Lopez leadership, work was accomplished in a very professional and timely manner.

Great communication, excellent work. Would recommend.

Really Appreciate the owner of this business. He is very good at what he does.

We had a leak in a copper pipe in a bathroom on the second floor that went through a wall in the living room and then into the finished part of our basement. The water was evident in the basement. Hadijah came into the house and quickly identified where the problem started and how to fix it. They were such skilled workmen. They were efficient, finishing this job in a timely manner. They were tidy, cleaning up every day before they left. The finished product was amazing. Top notch as well as very friendly folks. Their work surpassed our expectations! A+ work!

HE360 has completed several projects around my home, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The owner and his team are consistently professional, detail-oriented, and communicative throughout every step of the process. As a fellow perfectionist, I deeply appreciate that he doesn’t consider a job done until it’s done right—and to the highest standard. His pricing is refreshingly fair, and what really sets him apart is his broad expertise across multiple trades. Unlike many contractors who need to bring in extra help, he has the skills to handle it all himself, which keeps things moving efficiently. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and integrity-driven contractor, HE360 is the one to call.
