House Cleaning reviews in Glen Allen, Virginia

We asked Orhan and his company help us with our stained carpet. What a perfectionist!! He would not quit until everything was spotless. He also helped us with our favorite yellow sofa that was stained very badly. By the time he was done, sofa almost looked like brand new. We highly recommend him. Thanks Orhan for your hard work. We appreciate you very much!!

OEO did my living room carpet and upholstered my sofa and chair this morning. Company coming next week and everything looks beautiful. I've found my carpet cleaner for sure! Orhan is always on time, professional and doesn't charge enough! He even cleaned the corner of the dining room area rug that gets all the "through traffic". Happy, happy, happy!

Orhan is an absolute professional and gentleman. He was early and did a wonderful job on some really old carpets. I have three cats that are quite messy. Our house was built in 1897 but he treated it like a mansion. He is attentive and careful with his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs clean carpets. Plus you can't beat the price.

Orhan did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet and sofa. Very professional and pleasant. Will definitely use him again next year. My next door neighbor made an appt to have her carpets cleaned. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

Great Job on whole house carpets with stubborn stains! Very professional , prompt and courteous service with modern truck-mounted cleaning equipment and a hard working small business owner and operator! The cost was fair and worth every penny. I will use OEO again! Awesome results and experience! Highly recommend!

An enthusiastic shout-out to OEO Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. Mr. Okutan came to my house today and cleaned area rugs and a huge sectional sofa. They look new! I'm a repeat customer, and I can vouch for the fact that Mr. Okutan has always been prompt, professional and affordable.

We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from OEO Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. As we were remodeling the office, we were looking for someone to come in with commercial grade equipment to clean our carpet for the entire office. We were recommended to Orhan with OEO Carpet Cleaning. We gave him a call, he answered right away, was flexible with our schedule and arrived the day of service and did a fabulous job. Took his time, efficient and productive at a reasonable price. We truley recommend this company for your cleaning services.

Orhan was prompt, efficient, and thorough. He worked hard to get our carpets back in tip top shape. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Impressed with OEO! Orhan was friendly and responded to my questions quickly. He scheduled when it was convenient for me and he was on time. He did a great job getting out the dog odor and carpet stains. Now my carpets look amazing! So pleased with his quality of work, I will certainly use OEO again! Thank you!

We were referred to Ohan who was perfectly on time, gracious, very helpful, and provided excellent service.
Such a easy person to speak to and work with. Plus, he did an amazing job managing the pet stains we had on two of our carpeted areas. They truly look like new and his price was very reasonable with excellent results.
We highly recommend to anyone who needs a professional carpet cleaning service!

Orhan is the best in the business. His Google reviews directly reflect his amazing upholstery recovery work and pristine customer service, which is truly something that we are missing in the world today. It gives me great hope that business owners like Orhan still exist. I will never use a different company for any carpet or upholstery cleaning needs. Thank you Orhan!

This review is very late. I got my carpets cleaned back in September. He did an excellent job. I asked to have my chairs to be cleaned last minute, and he was very accommodating. I also had to reschedule due to my work schedule changing, and he was very understanding. The prices are really good and the service is amazing.

Orhan was professional, timely and did a great job of cleaning my sofas! They look brand new and I am very pleased with them. I will be calling him to do my carpets in the future!

OEO Came out to get a particularly nasty stubborn LARGE stain out of our very light coloured carpet. Within 20 minutes it was gone! Such a wonderful and professional service. I highly recommend this company!

We have been using Orhan for several years. We have an 4 dog house, he keeps our carpets clean!
Amazing customer service, timely, and on point communication!

Orhan did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. They looked like brand new carpets when he was finished. Orhan was also super easy to communicate with and responded quickly! I would highly recommend using his services when you need your carpets cleaned.

I highly recommend OEO Carpet, Upholstery & Area Rug Cleaning. I have known Orhan the owner & operator for almost 14 years.
He does an amazing job! He is professional, reliable and kind. His prices are great too!
We not only recommend him, we wouldn’t use anyone else! Thank you again for still cleaning carpets 😁 Toby Ann Greenburg

Extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning services! A geriatric kitty did its 🤮 thing numerous times on its favorite carpet and I thought the carpet would have to be replaced. Orhan got everything clean and smelling wonderful. Also excellent work on very dirty area rugs from storage. Punctual, pleasant, and professional. Reasonable rates and no mess! What else could anyone want? Will have Orhan back and highly recommend his services.

Wonderful job done! Very pleased. Orhan was prompt, courteous and very professional. He walked me through the process and then did his thing. One of my older pups had gotten sick and had a few accidents but all stains were removed. And love the clean citrus smell! I would definitely recommend Orhan!
