Had R.J. Tilley come to address several issues at our house, and they couldn’t be more fantastic! We always find them to be professional and easy to deal with from scheduling to service, and it’s a bonus that they are a local, family run business. I’d really never want to use anyone else!

A great experience. Very professional and competent tech . I would add, though, my appointment was at 8:30 a.m. and technician got here at 10:00. I would have appreciated a phone call advising me about the delay because of an early afternoon medical I had scheduled. It just added a little stress.

I had a toilet stopped up. R.J. Tilley sent out a certified plumber (Steve) who immediate diagnosed the problem, cleared the blockage and did the whole thing in under a half and hour. I am so glad I called them and they did everything I could have asked for at a very reasonable price.
