These guys are terrific. Called about hot water issues with the shower and they came within the hour (for we live around the corner) and fixed and educated us about the water flow. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Do not do business with this company. They tell you they will charge you appropriately. The worker told me it's $125 an hour for two workers. They send me a bill charging $75 for one person and they added on miscellaneous charges. Literally they just write down miscellaneous and charge you more money. In talking to them they have no explanation for the miscellaneous charges. They overcharged me. The labor of one person was not able to work the two-person machine so the work took twice as long and was half as good if there had been two employee's. one employee vacated the job before mine because he had to show up in court. they promised to get the work done in the morning, they didn't show up until the evening with only one person. This was the worst experience I've ever had with somebody telling me they are honest and would charge me appropriately. They are only after the money. They lie about their charges. They don't care about the quality of their work. They don't clean up. The owner is one of the sons, and I can just imagine that Old Honest Herbert is rolling in his grave, as he sees his son trying to get money from people in exchange for little work of
poor quality. I had another company come the next day and they were efficient, did great work, charged appropriately (over $1,000) , and I will use them in the future. do not be deceived by his convincing you that he will do the right thing and that he's honest and he will bill you appropriately.

We had no water on a Saturday afternoon, called Herbert Clements and Sons: they were here within an hour! Pressure switch had gone on our bladder! These folks are beyond wonderful! Thank you so much!! We so appreciate your workers and work!

Daniel and Nick, the 2 plumbers that came to assess and fix our water leak were fantastic. They were kind, knowledgeable and did a great job. JD, the gentlemen on the phone, was also great. I called in the morning, told him our emergency situation and he had his guys out there by the afternoon. They were also reasonably priced. They will definitely be our plumbers to call when issues arise. Thanks, guys!
