Excellent service, arrived on time, were efficient, and polite. The two electricians that Storm sent out quickly diagnosed what was causing our outlet to fail and fixed the issue. We are very happy with the results.

Tag and Moe were absolutely wonderful. Came out and did free estimate for us. Let me know when I got my finances straight then I could schedule. Tax return came in and scheduled! Got here right on time, walked me through what they saw was the best approach to get the job done and got it done in great time! Installed a 4-prong dryer outlet for us. Everything looks great and they were both so nice and great to talk to. Will 100% use Storm Electric in the future if we need an electrician again! Thank you so much for the awesome experience. A great all around experience. Ashley answered my call and was an absolute delight. On the day of my service appointment Tag and Moe arrived.They were extremely professional and friendly. I was explained the job and shown pictures (attic fan). After my electrician retired I've been searching for a new company. The search is over!

These guys are awesome. Tag, Patrick, and Ashley worked with the city of Hampton and Dominion to replace my power meter base and my main panel. It was an emergency and they could've overcharged me, but they didn't and give me a fair price. They were super communicative throughout the whole process and always show up on time. Highly recommend and I will be using them for future projects.

This was my second time using Storm Electric LLC, and they’ve definitely become my go-to electricians. Their service is outstanding, with skilled, friendly crews and a responsive office team. They show up on time and make sure the job is done right before they leave. Recently, they installed a Level 2 car charger for me. Though it arrived with an 18ft cord instead of the 25ft one I needed, they’re already planning to swap it out once the correct part arrives. Storm Electric helped us to understand a problem with the motion sensor spotlight over our garage. This was a small job but they treated us with professionalism and helped us to understand the issues. They accomplished the installation of the new fixture, identified the circuits for us, and made everything was working properly. We felt that they treated us fairly and made an effort to earn our business. We will remember this.

Joe arrived on time and diagnosed the problems we were having quickly. He provided both an immediate fix and a longer-term plan, if needed further down the road, but we truly appreciated that he did not pressure or upsell. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism! Joe’s explanations of the issues and his repairs were very clear. We will call him again for any of our electrical needs.

We have had Joe and his team back several times since our first review. They have been here to add a 20 amp circuit, an outdoor fan, and a new circuit and interior fan. All the work was completed as priced and on schedule. We are very pleased with the results and the professional services we have received.

Had a problem with my generator doing its weekly exercise start up. The Tec that came out ( Gabel III, Tag) Did a complete check up om unit And Hopefully Fix the problem. Will know more on Monday at 0900 . Tag was very professional and explaned everthing he did to me. As allways Storm Electric went above and beyond with their work attitude with me. The personnel from Storm Electric LLC is a represented the organization well. They were very skillful at their job. On day one, they kept me in the loop when an issue came up and they needed me to make a decision on how to proceed with the issue. This only happens twice. The issues didn't have anything to with electrical problems. My profession is in the transportation field. It was a question concerning where did I want the wholes drilled in the ceiling.They were very professional at all time. These guys are top notch!! First job I had them do was a Tesla wall charger a couple of years ago. They were absolutely amazing. So, when I was informed by Dominion that I needed a meter base replacement, they were my first call and ironically the Dominion guy name dropped them a bunch! They just finished and again, awesome service! Pat is the man and was awesome to work with.
