Tree reviews in Hampton, Virginia

I would definitely recommend Simmons Tree Care. On time, friendly and professional. Left the yard looking pristine after removing 5 trees. Even trimmed our hedges for us. Thank you!

Simmons was great! Did an excellent job removing a tree that had fallen. On time and fair price. I would definitely call Simmons again.

We have used a few different companies for tree service Hampton, but we have never had the quality of work that we got from Simmons tree care. If you need a tree service in Hampton Virginia that is fast and reliable then call them

Very courteous and prompt service. Extremely pleased with the results and the price was fair. So glad I made this call and would highly recommend Simmons Tree Care.

Simmons did a fantastic job! Highly recommended! Fast, sufficient, and fair! Him and his crew went above and beyond to provide excellent services!

I'm very glad to have Simmons Tree Care around because prunning is not something I like to do. Whenever I need them, I just give a call and they send someone in no time. I thanks and congrats on the amazing service.

I live in Hampton. They never asked for a review. So we will give them one for free.
The owner quoted me a price/ lower that 2 other offers. They showed up on a Monday and did a fantastic job. They cut down a pine tree that has been harassing me for 8 years. Thank you very much!!

Pete came out to ask what I wanted to be done, he and his team went beyond what I expected.
Usually you say one thing and they hear another. There was no misunderstanding they worked beyond my expectations. All of the cleaning up was met to gladly refer them to any job you need.

We have used them twiice. Simmons was the only one of three companies to respond within 24 hours to give an estimate. Work was done well at the agreed price snd exceeded expectations both times. We will definiately use them again.

Hey these guys awesome. They came in did the tree job and cleaned up. When they left , my shrubs were trimmed (outside of scope), tree removed and the yard was in better shape than when they showed up. These guys are my go to for small and large jobs. Thanks Simmons Tree Care!!!

Simmons Tree Care was the right choice from start to finish. They gave me a thorough estimate and a great price. The work was done professionally and on time and the clean up was excellent. Thanks for a great job Pete.

After having 1/3 of a bradford pear split and hit my house, I called Simmons Tree Care to remove the rest of the Bradford and also a huge Silver maple in the back yard that was 10 feet from the house/AC unit and had huge limbs going over my roof.

Pete was quick to come out for a free quote when he said he would and gave us a fair price.

On the scheduled day, his team was on time (9am) to show up to work. They were a very friendly and professional bunch of guys. Pete was very communicative and responsive about his plans every step of the way, including when holidays and inclement weather changed the timeline.

It took 2 days of work and afterwords his team cleaned up the yard nicely.

I highly recommend.

We had three large trees cut down in August. Pete Simmons and his team are very professional. The process is fascinating to watch. Pete gave us a fair quote. They were on time as scheduled and completed the job as promised. We highly recommend Simmons Tree Care Service.

I recently had the misfortune of losing a very large tree after a storm. It landed on my shed, my fence and the roof of my neighbor’s home. I contacted Simmons Tree Service and they wasted no time to come out the same day to give me a quote. Their prices were more than reasonable. Pete was warm and friendly and understanding that this was somewhat of an emergency situation, he made arrangements to have his crew out the following day to take care of the tree and stump removal. They arrived promptly at 9 am as promised and stayed until the huge stump was ground down and gone. They were extra careful not to damage my neighbor’s property where a good portion of the tree landed. I wish more companies provided their customers with such exemplary customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simmons Tree Service to any of my friends and family.

I had a tree within feet of my house that had unfortunately died and needed to be removed before the storm season set in. Mr. Simmons was quick to come out and give me a quote that was very reasonable, talked me through what they would need to do and how they would do it, was able to get me scheduled for the next week, and the work performed was impeccable. His estimate of how long it would take was spot on as well. He was responsive, polite, professional and did an excellent job. You can't really ask for better than that. I would be comfortable recommending him and his company to any of my friends or family.

Excellent service from this company. I asked them to come out and was able to have same day service. They was on time and got straight to work and did it well. Would recommend

I could not be happier with the work Pete and his team did removing a large oak tree from my front yard. The job took two full days. They showed up on time both days and stayed all day constantly working and cleaned all debris up before leaving. I was very impressed with their professionalism yet very polite and friendly. I will definitely be using Simmons Tree Care again in the future.

I have known Pete for years and just recently need a couple of trees removed from my yard. He and his team did a great job, fast and professional. Great group of guys. I woukd definetly recommend these guys for you tree service needs. Thank you guys so much.

Pete and his crew are top notch! Period! Called them after the storm we had here in Hampton Va. on 27 May 2024 and in a couple of days, here they are, at my house, taking care of business! This is the second time using Simmons Tree Care and I will say, they got you covered! I have nothing but great appreciation and praises for this business. Pete and crew, thank you for taking care of me and my property!

Great work!

We used Pete to get rid of our huge oak tree. He was able to give affordable pricing and also did a phenomenal job. Pete and his crew had great timing and very friendly. cleaned all the debris up and hauled everything away. Will definitely be using Pete in the future.

Company still has not called me back. I am beyond frustrated with them. They took a deposit over 2 months ago and have don ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I would not recommend them and DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY AS A DEPOSIT...It looks like they want me to take this the legal route.
