They have removed 10 to 12 stumps out of my yard. Did an amazing job and clean up was perfect!!! I’ll be having them back since two more trees came-down this winter.Highly recommend!

ESU technicians came to my house and replaced my smoke detectors. They were professional, efficient, and on time. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I will definitely use this company in the future.

We had ESU out in May to do a full maintenance on our generator. I met the tech out at the generator and he explained before they perform any work they first start the generator and make sure it runs properly. The day after completing the maintenance the indicator light started flashing an error and the generator failed the test cycle. We asked them to come out and take a look. They sent a tech that could not diagnose the problem and we did not hear from them for two days after which I called. The manager/owner told me that nothing they did would cause the generator to fail despite the fact that they couldn't diagnose the actual issue.

10/10 would not recommend.

We have used this plumbing service for several plumbing problems/issues and have found them to be both reliable AND REASONABLE (rates). We continue to call on them for our plumbing needs.

The first job I used them for- they were great. After that, there wasn't a job where they made less than 2 trips because they didn't get it right the first time. On a bathtub removal they sawed the entrance way without asking my permission, then offered/gave nothing to fix the damages.

The person who answers their calls has no customer service skills to speak of and can't understand basic service requests.

Paul Brown Plumbing has done many different plumbing fixes and remodels in our home over the years. They are first class, reasonably priced and can do it all.

Called Paul Brown Plumbing about my pilot going out for my water heater. The Plumber came the next afternoon told me he guessed the problem was the thermal coupler but the part would be $300 and then told me I had no problem. I asked how much I owed him and he said don't worry about it but to call them if I had more problems. No work was performed but yet I received a bill for $190.00 to have a conversation with a plumber. The same problem still exists today yet I am out $190.00

I have engaged Paul Brown Plumbing several times and their service is excellent. They have always been responsive, professional and courteous. I have even had occasion to call them after hours with an urgent problem and they solved my problem quickly at a fair price.

Paul Brown Plumbing did the plumbing for the contractor who built our house. In the first year, we had numerous plumbing failures, that resulted in drywall damage. Luckily the home was still under warranty so the builder was required to fix everything. However, we have had regular issues ever since. We have been lucky enough for these problems to be minor and relatively easy to fix. However, we have recently found that they did not properly seal around the faucet spout, and the water has been running behind the tub and into the wall when the shower is being used. We are just now seeing the evidence of this from a water spot on the ceiling. We have hired a competent plumber to come and fix everything that Paul Brown Plumbing has completely screwed up. I would recommend staying far, far away from this company, unless you like watching your money go down the drain... or in this case, missing it altogether.
