House Cleaning reviews in Hayes, Virginia

I've had this service for 8 years. The service has been great for all of those years
I have the cleaners come weekly and they are courteous and efficient. Whenever they see a problem they address it professionally. I am privileged to have them in my home. Trust is important to me and cleaning cents is at the top of my trustworthy list. I am comfortable leaving them in my home alone. Never an issue.
Top notch!

Hunter and Mikaela are very determined to ensure that our house clean. They work well together to make sure we are satisfied.

Great service!!

Professional and courteous, highly recommend!!

Professional and gets the job done! I could not be more IMPRESSED! Don't fool around with ANYONE ELSE. Cleaning Cents have made my life so much easier.

Outstanding work. Honest and highly professional approach to all your needs. Can't go wrong. 10 stars in my book.

Cleaning Cents do a great job and are meticulous about the cleaning. Very trust worthy too!! Tondalaya and her teams are simply the best. And willing to go the extra mile when asked. Polite? Professional and Perfect timing. They communicate well also. I recommend Tondalaya anytime!!

Cleaning was okay however didn’t complete all aspects of a move out clean; refrigerator, cabinets, or door frames. Had someone home in case items needed to be moved and was told they couldn’t clean them. They also broke a set of mini blinds.
Attempted to reschedule multiple times for the missed items but was not accommodated. Was contacted much later AFTER I completed the items myself and sold the home. Then threatened with collections on last half of balance as I’m in the process of buying a new home.
Also, one worker randomly came back to our home after hours to ask if we needed our grass cut…while my husband was outside cutting it already, it was very odd.

Extremely professional. I called three cleaners for commercial cleaning. This was the last one I called but the first to call me back. Very quickly scheduled a visit to walk through and they came out on time. Other companies either didn’t call back or didn’t show up for their appointment. We were very impressed with their professionalism. Received our itemized price quote the same afternoon. We haven’t used their service yet but I will update my review when we do.

We have been using Kim and her staff for nearly 6 years on multiple jobs and also in our home. I am the owner of CJC Services and we clean out various types of properties. I can always rely on this amazing team to help get a property back to smelling and looking good! They also take care of our home once a month.

I am proud to use this small business!!

Very happy with this cleaning service. They are dependable, professional, and excellent at cleaning tough spots in my house. I would highly recommend Mikaela and Serenity. They are so sweet and really worked hard and my house looks beautiful! 🙂

Hired Cleaning Cents to clean my father’s house while he was having heart surgery. They worked with us to accommodate his schedule. Communicated before days before, then texted arrival times. He came home to a very clean house allowing him to rest. From my family to yours, THANK YOU!!!!
