My house is only 3 years old and I have continuously had issues with my heating since closing. While the builder has sent 2 companies out to work on system it continues to break down. I purchased a new construction property so I wouldn’t have to deal with systems breaking. I’ll never use this builder again.

My family bought a $700k+ Eagle house. Disappointing quality. Also frustrating and underwhelming warranty follow-through on their part.

We have been so impressed with the entire building process with Eagle.....from the sales team at Greengate to the design center consultants to the superintendents that oversee the construction. We love love love our new home and community!!

We relocated to RVA and downsized to be close to our grandchildren plus had Eagle build our home in Readers Branch.

Hellow, I would like provide the feedback on the Eagle. I recently bought the home with Eagle and after closing the home I had a really bad experience with the Dish washer. I had repeated problems with the Dish Washer. Even after reporting the issues to the Warranty department I dont see any help. They just come and see & say there is no issues with the Dishwaser and the issue is with the Plumber. And plumber says vice -versa. The Diswasher is not working since we closed the home. Very very poor Warranty services.

I have had a fabulous experience with Eagle. From design center to sales and site manager- caring, honest and helpful. Thank you Eagle- we love our home. It is build well with attention to detail!

We've had a great experience with our new Eagle townhouse in the GreenGate community. Despite issues with the pandemic, everything stayed on track and we closed on the exact date that was set six months ago. Tiffanie and Twyla did a wonderful job keeping us informed of the progress and we particularly enjoyed Twyla's weekly video tours when we could not tour the home due to COVID. The quality of construction is great and they've been very responsive at fixing any issues. We give a strong recommendation to experience townhouse living at GreenGate with Eagle!

Looking at Eagle homes one immediately gets the impression of Quality: care to HVAC with two units as needed; cold air returns in each bedroom so guests still have ventilation when doors are closed; solid doors that provide excellent sound barrier when closed; are just a few items. The staff are all attentive to questions and provide helpful accurate information. That continues with careful attention and follow-up after you have moved in. It has been a pleasure to work with them.

We LOVE our Eagle home. The design center and folks are easy to work with and give you many options. The construction is sound and our home is very well built. If you do have a problem, they are attentive and fix things ASAP. I would HIGHLY recommend Eagle and their crew. Thank you Eagle!!!

What a wonderful experience! Eagle Construction is a great company. Kelli Davis and her sales team and Manager was wonderful in assisting us in moving to Newtown in Williamsburg. We love our new home and made the buying process, walk thru and closing a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would recommend moving to any Eagle Construction home.
