I trusted the reviews of this service and was pretty disappointed with the outcome. Extremely disorganized. Make sure you get services and prices in writing. Not only did they request more money than what we agreed upon but they still have not come back to finish one of the services 2+ months later. Also, while aerating, they ran over one of my clearly marked sprinkler heads and left immediately without informing me of the incident or that they “completed” the work. Was told that they would return to finish 2 separate times and both times, they were no shows. I’ve reached out multiple times since to see when they were coming back to finish the work and was going to talk to them about the sprinkler head but my calls and texts have been ignored. I give 2 stars because it could have been worse but not the quality of work I was expecting from a 5 star rated landscaping company.

Top cut gave me an estimate for the job and a time frame. The service was performed within those parameters and done to perfection. Local small business dedicated to excellence. Will continue to do business with them!

Yard landscaping, cleaning up shrubbery beds, mulching under extreme duress of a very hot day and periodic rain.
Serviceman came on time,; he’s very personable; he advised us about what plants to put in the newly-mulched area.

This is the first year I used Top Cut Landscaping. They have proven to be friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I'm highly satisfied with the work they performed on my much neglected lawn.

The owner is very friendly and polite. His goal is to please his customers. He takes the time to listen to you and he comes when he say he is coming. I enjoyed having him as my landscaper the past 3 years.

We were charged for an additional service in November 2022. Now, 6 months has gone by, and this hasn't been resolved. I've been flexible and offered options for the owner to get things straight because sometimes things get get hectic. The business owner and I exchanged text in December, March, April, and May, but they never showed up when they said they would, and pretended they were going to refund me. It is not okay to do business like this. I'm going to end this review here but can be more specific and have proof.

I have been using Top Cut Landscaping for some time for my lawn care needs and they have been very good at what they do. They are honest and up front in all our dealings and even advise if additional services are available or suggested. I definitely recommend them for dealing with lawncare needs

They came out to do some spring cleanup and mulching. Carson was wonderful to work with and easy to communicate. It was also a quick turnaround and the pricing was very fair. Would love to work with them again in the future.

Carson is great at telling you what is going on, and he does all the work when he says he will. Hands down, better then the big companies out there, and way better quality.!

I normally don’t leave reviews but felt this one was well deserved. We had a tree fall on our house two days ago in the storm that came through. Unfortunately we lost power but that didn’t stop Top Cut Landscaping from coming up to assess the situation. The very next day, the tree was cut up and removed off the property as well as my front patio cleaned up to looking new again. The price was more than fair for the size of tree and hauling it away. You can rest assured we will be using Top Cut for all our landscaping and emergency needs in the very near future! If you value honesty and hard work with a price to reflect the quality, look no further than TOP CUT LANDSCAPING.

I messaged with Carson about vacuuming our leaves (already at the curb) on 12/6 and agreed to a price. On 12/7, he texted me a picture of the street, now cleared of my huge leaf pile. His price was very reasonable and he was very thorough. Highly recommend him!

I really, really wanted to like this company. Summer of 2023 every company I contacted basically told me there was nothing they could do for my yard (which is rough). I want grass to grow and after removing 5 trees and redoing the driveway I was hopeful but nobody seemed able to help. A young man from top cut came out and said he could help. He was nice and knowledgeable and explained the whole process saying to start seeding in the fall. That September they came out and cleaned up the yard and put down lime. Fast forward to November 2023 and that's when the issues started. I would schedule a day but no one would come. They did apologize for a lack of communication but by December I still wasn't sure if they had come and I didn't get a response other than they would need to seed closer to the spring. The end of February I reached out about setting up a day and was told they would be out the following week. No one came so I reached out again March 13th. No response so a few days later I reached out again. This time I got a response again apologizing for the lack of communication and was told he intended to send someone out the following Monday or Tuesday. I never heard anything and it still looks like no one came. I am now trying to find another company. I understand people get busy but I would rather be told that, "we are really swamped right now and aren't sure when we can get to you", then to keep scheduling but no one shows up or responds. It's now almost April and I'm no closer to having a decent yard it feels like.

We have used Too Cut Lanscaping now for two years to do aeration and overseeding. Very happy with their work. Carson is very forthcoming, polite, professional and responds in a timely mannner. We appreciate him coming out on short notice and his fair prices. We will definitely be using him again.
