First time using this company and they were great from the phone call response to showing up on time and had no delays in getting work done . They power washed my house and stained my deck, they even power washed my shed and didn't charge me extra. Both jobs were done professionally and I couldn't have expected a better job. Their pricing was more than fair, I will definitely have them back out to do some more work without hesitation. This was a great experience and went very worry free due to great communication with Mike.

Fast response, easy to work with and looks to be good work. Have remnant dead moss of roof which appears to be washing down in rain events. Pricing a little high considering the time spent on the job but overall very pleased.

Mike did a fantastic job on my home! First he power washed and the dull white became beautiful! The shutters looked brand new after!
Then he did the gutters! Wow! They hadn’t been done in years! Hard work but he did a great job!

I got in contact with Mike on Friday and right away he responded. He came out and looked at our requests and gave me a quote of a break down of each item I requested. We decided we would hire RVA to power wash our home. He called me this morning to say could he do the job today (Sunday) and he would be right over. He pressure washed our home, our front porch, walkway, and last minute we decided to have our playset done as well. Bonus and such a wonderful surprise was, he also power washed our side porch. I honestly think he couldn’t help himself. We definitely recommend RVA Softwash and Staining.

Mike was refreshingly responsive and punctual. He was really good at letting us know his timeline for an estimate and then when they would be there, and sticking to it. Solid service on a tough gutter cleaning job with a really high residential roof. Good work!

Mike was helpful in resolving a lingering issue with my drainage by the gutter. He had a jet spray nozzle that cleared the blockage (roots) within minutes the slow flow of the water in our crawl space eventually flowed out! His patience, professionalism and problem-solving skill helped I was delighted and appreciated of his assistance. He does home power-washing and gutter cleaning. This is the first time I have used RVA Softwash and Staining. The work involved power washing the outside of our home (brick front with hardy plank exterior), front brick porch, pea gravel sidewalk, composite deck, and paver sidewalk. The result was wonderful - so clean and bright. I could not be happier. I will definitely use RVA Softwash again and would highly recommend them. Mike was very easy to work with.
