Roofing & Gutters reviews in Henrico, Virginia

JRL helped us get our wind damaged roof replaced and were fantastic throughout the whole process. We had some complexities involving our roof and they performed everything as professionally as anyone could ask. Everything was completed in a day and looks fantastic.

That said, the man of the show was Andrew (Drew) Childs. This guy went above and beyond all expectations.. He helped us throughout the whole process including getting in on the removal and install to see everything through the way we discussed. Drew is an incredibly patient and genuine dude. I got 3 additional quotes beyond JRL and Drew patiently awaited my decision, probably because he knew I'd be back given the competitive pricing and professionalism he displayed upon our every interaction.JRl roofing locked in a real talent when the brought this man onboard well done Jrl.

Thank you Drew and the whole JRL team.

José, Scott and the whole crew of JRL were great! They redid our roof, siding, window screens, gutters/gutter guards and rehung our shutters! They even installed our custom ordered AC line set covers! They did a fantastic job. The house has never looked better! They were quick, cleaned up, extremely communicative and overall easy to work with. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you JRL!

From the moment Drew left a flyer on my front door to Jose completing the job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. One of my gutters came off in a storm, I assumed the gutters would need to be replaced since they are 29 years old. Jose inspected them and determined they were in good shape and he would just need to secure the gutter that came down. I asked that he better secure the other gutters to avoid having any come down. I appreciate that Drew and Jose didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I would highly recommend JRL. They will be the only ones I call when I need gutter or roof work.

Jose and his team came out and provided a very fair quote, they communicated thru out the entire project and day of project the team arrived on time and worked great and very clean! Thanks guys

I have had great success and honesty with jrl construction . They inspected our roof twice and made some repairs and suggestions!

Jose and his team just completed rebuilding my back deck for me and did a great job! They took such good care of everything and even helped me move the furniture back on to it once completed. They were very prompt and hard working. Would definitely hire them again, and probably will!

Jose and his team started and finished my roof in 1 day. Very professional, great price and roof looks great. Thank you for your hard work.

JRL did an outstanding job taking time to do everything perfect. We had a new roof, doors and shutters replaced and their workmanship showed excellence throughout. They are easy to work with and will give a fair price to do it the right way. Thanks Jose and Drew.

I received several quotes to repair a roof leak and am so pleased that I went with JRL construction. Jose and his team are professional, fair, courteous and efficient. I wasn’t pressured to add services I did not need and I was particularly pleased when they pointed out an unrelated problem that I knew I had, and were able to fix it, again without pressure and the added work was done at a very fair rate. They were able to repair the leak and the other projects in a single day. I had roofing done, repair of two door frames, gutter guards and replacement of several rotting wooden trim. Excellent experience and I recommend them highly.

Found Jose at the Richmond Home Show last weekend. They arrived today and fixed my gutters, roof and protected all exposed hardware. Excellent service, prompt, honest, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend!

I have used Jose (JRL Construction) since 2018 for all my projects. I am a custom home design-build contractor (Theta Homes) and value high quality workmanship. Jose is fair with his pricing and good with communication which are important to me. He has done Siding and Roofing for my projects that includes new construction, addition and and remodels. He has done all projects in a timely and professional manner every time. I highly recommend him.

Very professional and up front about the process. No surprises!! Quality and timely work replacing my roof. Good folks at JRL.

Great experience working with JRL team (Drew, Jose and Leesa). Great price and roof looks great. I highly recommend them we ended up having a couple of issues with a few of the shingles from the supplier and they came out and repaired/replaced them the next day. They really strive to make the customer happy and hit the mark here.

I was very pleased with the work that JRL Construction & Roofing did replacing my roof. Drew was honest and upfront with me about what needed to be done and the process.
The Construction crew was very efficient and the job shows it.

JRL was doing our roof. Both professional in their work and personable to speak with they kept us informed every step of the way. They fixed some things at no cost to us like a vent pipe that wasn't connected as it should have been and an added piece of plywood that it unexpectedly needed replaced. They made things spotless when they were done and I highly recommend this company.

Drew did a great job.
Jose and his team came out and executed everything to the tee..
I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for quality performance. The care the extended was exponential!

JRL helped us do a roof and siding replacement through insurance after a bad hail storm did a lot of damage. They were very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and had a fantastic crew. They completed everything quickly, cleaned up, and were just very considerate and polite while working on our house! The office staff was very helpful as well. It is never fun having to file an insurance claim or do a home repair, but I would highly recommend JRL for any of your construction or roof needs! Thank you JRL!

JRL construction was a friendly and hardworking. When I wanted to add to the job, it was done quickly, well, and efficiently. I would definitely use this company again. I will also recommend them to family and friends.

I’ve known Jose and have been working with JRL for 10 years and he always does exactly what he says he is going to do. He is honest and his men are hardworking. I highly recommend him for any siding, roofing and gutter job!!!

First class roofing and siding. Jose and his team are extremely professional and do an excellent job. We (Goodspeed Homes) have been working with them since 2016 on all of our roofing, siding and gutter project spanning from renovations to new construction.

We had a great experience with JRL Construction and Roofing. Had a small leak over the enclosed porch and Jesse (the estimator) came out (on time!), gave it a thorough inspection and made suggestions about a couple of issues. The estimate was reasonable so we decided to get it all done at once. The crew showed up at 7 a.m., worked a 12 hour day and came back to finish up early the next morning. They went above and beyond what we were expecting and hauled away all the debris. We appreciated Jose (the owner) and Jesse checking everything out before the job started and when they finished up. Definitely recommend and we'll call them again in the future if necessary.
