Do. Not. Use.
Contracted them to remove 3 trees and grind a fourth stump. They instead took down 4 trees and ground the fifth stump. When I called irate due to their error, I was met with rudeness and was told that they had "done me a favor." At no time was I contacted to discuss the possibility of taking down the 4th tree. The decision for my property was made without my consent. Now I am having to pay over $2000 to replace the tree they took down in error. Do. Not. Use.
