I called for help with a heating element repair on my Whirlpool dryer. I already had the piece to replace the old one and Omar arrived on time, was efficient, and fixed the machine straight away! My old kenmore washer Machine stopped working the spin / dry function will not spin push the water out .
Was looking for a company that has good reviews I had searched and came across Dyab Appliance repair.
I had called them a young lady name Ms, Joan took my info. and told me someone will call Me to set up a time sure enough after 20 minutes Mr, Omar called me and asked what was the problem and told me the problem when lid close it should work and told me how to bypass it .
I went home around 7: 00 called Omar at his dinner time he walked me through cutting and reconnecting couple of wires and it was fixed I was so delighted 😃.
Helping people over the phone goes long way I definitely will be calling him in the future for any appliance repair highly recommend to others Dyab is the best in DMV. Never told me how much he will charge to look at it first .

I am very happy with the service I received today. The technician was very professional and very knowledgeable.

Dyab appliance saved Thanksgiving. It was 2 nights before the big day when my oven heating coil decided to burn and melt before my eyes. They quickly found the replacement part and scheduled a time for the very next day. He showed up early, worked quickly, and even gave me time to vacuum under the oven before putting everything back the way he found it. Amazing experience and I am very thankful that we have a local appliance repair service to rely on for the future.

Omar responded quickly to our call, arriving promptly as scheduled. He is well mannered and professional. He was able to get us up and running in less than 24 hours. I would rate him 5 stars and not hesitate to recommend him.
