Best Cleaning Service in all of the DC/VA/MD area. I’ve used many cleaning services in the past years; Yanelys Gonzalez (business owner) of OCC Cleaning Service, is hands down the absolute BEST house cleaning service. My husband and son say I’m fastidious when it comes to house cleaning. I’m all about order and organization. And I admit, I can be rather scrupulous. Details matter. My house is spacious, there’s a lot of room to cover. OCC did not miss a beat. Very detail oriented, thorough, professional, and friendly. Diligent! They cleaned top to bottom in every room. Meticulous. The company should be called OCD instead of OCC. I have never been completely satisfied with a cleaning service. I can now say I am more than satisfied!! They are superior. Highly recommend!!!

OCC Clean has now cleaned our house 3 times (with more to come)! The first time, they did a huge deep clean after our in-laws and their 2 dogs lived with us for several months while they waited for their new home to be built. They did such an amazing job and cleaned so thoroughly and perfectly, that I was hooked! The only gift I asked for this holiday season was for monthly cleaning from OCC because I was frustrated that I was spending so much of my weekend cleaning instead of enjoying my limited time off from work.

Since then, their team has continued to go above and beyond. They have cleaned things I wasn’t even expecting with my standard monthly cleaning, they have worked with my schedule and been flexible with timing, they have been careful and trustworthy with our personal belongings, and they have saved me hours of cleaning time. Occ Clean is an amazing service, I couldn't have asked for better. 100% satisfied with it. They started cleaning my house once a month but I felt they do such a great job, I requested them to do it twice a month because it's worth the money. They use eco friendly products and that is very important to my family due to allergies. We are very happy with Occ Clean. Lorena is very responsive with excellent customer service skills.

Short version: OCC is beyond incredible.

I have had my parents (and 2 large elderly dogs) living with me and my wife (and our large dog) for the past 7 months as they finished construction on their new home. We decided to do a deep clean of our home after my parents and their dogs moved out and entrusted the job to OCC Clean. My wife won't stop gushing about how clean our house is!!!

OCC's team was thorough and professional. They started by confirming the scope of work, were very careful to use the right products on the right surfaces (which was greatly appreciated as we do have hardwood floors), and cleaned the living daylights out of everything in sight! My wife is convinced our house hasn't been this clean since the day we moved in!

I would strongly recommend selecting OCC Clean, whether you need a one time deep clean like we did, or a recurring service.

Great service, did an incredible job getting pet stains out. Offered a lot for his price and was well worth it. Was on time and stayed as long as he needed to get the job done. Highly recommended

0 stars. Initial communication with Mr Dallas Parker over the phone and text was rude. After agreeing on price and time, arrived over two hours late when I had asked for a later time in the day prior. Entered my home and argued to charge more than the agreed upon price over the phone. They walked out in the middle of our conversation with a terrible attitude. This is a very unprofessional company. I will never deal with them again.

Dallas is an absolute wizard! But I'll get to that in a second. I found Dallas after calling every single carpet cleaning company within 20 miles. My husband spilled Gorilla Glue on the carpet and every single company I called told me, without hesitation, that it could not be removed. When I called Dallas, he was so confident, that he said he could do it with zero hesitation in his voice.

Fast-forward to the day of our appointment, and he hadn't shown up by 30 minutes after the appointment time. I left him a message and he called me back from his hospital bed. The poor man had just had major surgery and was apologizing profusely for forgetting to call and reschedule. That is some serious freaking work ethic. From his hospital bed!!! You can't even make that up. Lol

Today was our makeup appointment, and again he was apologetic for being in the hospital. I love this guy! Lol
He got down on his hands and knees and spent about 45 minutes hand-removing every spec of glue that other major companies told me was impossible. He is so good at what he does. I absolutely recommend him. You will not be disappointed. This man takes so much pride in what he does and it shows.

TL;DR - Dallas is a rock star with tremendous work ethic, and he was able to remove Gorilla glue from my carpet when dozens of other companies said it can't be done.

Dallas and team did an unbelievable job on my condo that I was putting on the market! Communication was great and he was very easy to deal with. The carpet was pretty bad and he made it look like new. Would definitely recommend this company!!

AMAZING. I was ready to replace our carpet thanks to our 3 dogs and many foster puppies, hubby always wearing his shoes around the house, and this wonderful Virginia red clay that we have but Dallas performed a miracle and got our carpet sparkling like NEW. He spent 6 HOURS to get our carpets and rugs clean! We will definitely use Parker Cleaning again. Just wow.
