The Maid Bright team did an excellent job of cleaning after we moved into our new house. There was plenty of construction dust and dirt, and they left the place spotless! They were careful and thorough, and were as quiet as they could be so they didn't disturb my husband who was working from home.

They may be good for general cleaning, but should not advertise deep cleaning and definitely not at the the price they charged.They can’t clean an oven with the chemicals they have.. They can’t clean the ceiling fans as they don’t have step ladders. They charged $359 for one apt deep clean. They sent 2 maids and they tried to scurry out after only 2 hours, leaving’s a still dirty apt.
I have adjusted my first review as they did send maids back to the house and gave a partial refund.

Our house was twice cleaned by the same crew from the company Maid Bright. We are completely satisfied with their service. Roxana and Kailey work very hard to vacuum,mop and dust every corner of the house. The mirrors and the glass doors of our cabinets are shiny. The house looks like new! The cleaning maids are thorough, well trained and very friendly. We highly recommend them!

Very easy to use the service. I was a little annoyed that I couldn’t see an estimate for the price online without directly booking an appointment, but I was very happy with my service, so will not hold this against them. The cleaners who arrived were early, which I appreciated, and did an excellent job with my apartment—it felt like they really paid attention to small details to ensure a thorough clean. I booked for a one time service for less than 1,000 sq ft and it was around $200, which felt fairly reasonable. My hope is that a recurring service would be more competitively priced, but I would definitely use them again.

I just had my first cleaning from Maid Bright and they did an amazing job! The cleaners came on time and did a very thorough job! Everything was so neat and clean! Their prices are very reasonable. Next time I need another one time clean I will be using Maid Bright!

The ladies did an excellent job for us. This was our first time with Maid Bright, and we are impressed. The pre-visit communication was excellent, they arrived on-time, were very friendly, jumped right in, and did a terrific job throughout the house.

MaidBright was terrific, from the initial interview to the followup to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. But most important! The cleaning. Two lovely women came and spent more than 3 hours on my 3 bedroom house. And we are glad that they are able to send the same team at our monthly appointments.

Maid Bright came recommended to me and Im convinced they are the best cleaning company in the DMV. The quote was thorough and I was told about the different options amd additions like cleaning the fridges, windows, oven. The prices is based on how many rooms and bathrooms. You also get a discount for booking once every week, 2 weeks, month etc. The initial cleaning was which included 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, taking out trash, and dishes was less than 200. After that the cleaning was much cheaper for maintainence. They also have an online portal where you can add notes, get updates where your cleaning team is and easily pay your bill. I'm very impressed and will continue to use maid bright.

I called APS 4 years ago when I broke my leg. I had never used a cleaning company before and they did such an amazing job I kept them for 4 years. Patty always contacted me the day before to make sure I was ok with them coming over and was always accommodating when I needed to change the date of service. On several occasions the house was worse than usual because of gatherings, I was super busy at work or not feeling well. Any time I felt that something wasn’t cleaned to standard she always fixed the problem as soon as was possible.
We recently had to move and hired her for the clean out move. She was even able to help with trash removal and some small repairs we needed done around the house. Will absolutely miss her and her sisters.
