super bad service needed a small part would not take 2 seconds to even talk about it held me there waiting for 1/2 hr answering phones and copying papers dont waste your time !!!

People there seemed to be very rude, when trying to get some simple information. My guess is that they are understaffed, and they have the receptionist trying to help with technical questions.

Owner and staff is super rude. I requested for a quote for my bathroom pipe issue. However, due to family emergency I had to go out of town. Service man came and returned from the door as I was not in the home. Now company is sending me $155 bill for half an hour of work....isn’t this a case of fraud?

The people working the parts counter know what they're doing. They helped find nearly-obsolete parts for a repair in my old house, they get simple parts right away, and they even suggested another store to try when they couldn"t help me once. These guys have never snickered at simple questions or told me that the part I need doesn't exist (which happened at Home Depot more than once). I've never felt awkward about "buying hardware while female" there.

Buyer beware! This plumber only guarantees work for 30 days!! This company "fixed" an overflow in a tub 3 months before we moved here from out of state. My daughter finally took a bath in that tub and it leaked everywhere. We had a contractor look at it and it is the same problem that they should have fixed during the inspection. This company does not stand by its work!

I had a toilet leaking and called around 8:15AM. By 10:45 they had arrived, assessed situation, called in order and got part, part delivered to home, repaired, all put together and completed. Very happy and excited to have a plumbing service so available and quick to help. Thank you!!!
