Had a flood under the house. We called this company and they came through. Great company, great guys and reasonable pricing . I do highly recommend them for your plumbing needs

I had an emergency this morning, and they came out and checked and figured out that I needed a pressure switch replaced.
I went ahead with it, but after doing some research later I am not sure if I was grossly overcharged or they did more work than needed.
It cost $425 but when talking to some other plumbers, the highest I was priced at was $150.
I was happy with the work, just unsure about the cost.

Woke up on Saturday with no water come to find out my well line broke and needed repairing I called and they was able to send someone out quickly and was able to fix me up which was a blessing. Highly recommended I was treated very fairly and appreciate being able to jump on it on a Saturday. A+ Service

James and Donald repaired a broken pipe under my house.
It was a tight squeeze to reach the area needing repair...could not have been easy. In spite of the challenging conditions they remained cheerful and pleasant. Could not have been better

Stay FAR away from this company. Do not believe the positive reviews on this site. I suspect they are left by the company.

We called this company because we had no water to the house . We have well water and this company came out and quoted us $3200 to replace the well pump that is about 16ft in the shallow well. We told the company that this price was astronomical to replace a $400 pump and we would not pay that. He instantly lowered his price to $1800. We wanted the pressure tank replaced also so we agreed to $2100 for both. He replaced both in a few hours and the water was back on. The next day we had no water again. We found the breaker was tripped for the pump and just kept tripping when we reset it. I called All About Plumbing and informed them that the breaker was tripping and they instantly told me that it was an electrical issue and not their problem. I explained that the pressure switch was clicking ond off twice a second and that was what is causing the breaker to trip. He then said it's definitely a bad pressure switch and he would come out and replace it for $700 which once again is ridiculous for a $25 switch and 30 minutes worth of work. I told him that the switch was doing its job per the pressure gage and turning on at 30 and turning off at 50 but as soon as a faucet was open the switch would cycle on and off. I told him I'd replace the switch myself and save $675 and he informed me that if I did this I'd void any warranty he gave me on the pump or tank. I told him that wasn't fair as he didn't replace the pressure switch. He didn't care. I replaced the pressure switch with a new 50/30 and it did the exact same thing. I gave up and called Citywide Plumbing which I have dealt with at work before. He came out and within a minute fixed the issue. He tested the pressure in the new tank that All About Plumbing installed and with no water in the tank it had 52psi in the tank which means the tank was doing nothing. He lowered the pressure in the tank to 28psi and everything is fine.

Do not trust this company. They do not know what they're doing and do not stand behind their work. They wanted to argue with me that I was wrong and then charge me $700 to come out and replace a part that was not even bad.

Are having my father dispute this charge with his credit card company, this company provided false information to the investigator and won the dispute. They alleged that someone tampered with the pressure tank after they left which caused the problem. The problem with this theory is that if the water was working why would anyone need to "tamper" with the pressure tank. No one touched the pressure tank until I watched my new plumber release the air from the tank. I have a statement from my new plumber stating exactly what he did as and I'm working on getting a statement from the manufacturer of the tank stating that they are not precharged at 28 pounds like this company claims and that the pressure will need to be set on the job site after the tank is installed. I will be reopening the dispute and will not give up until this company pays my plumbers fee of $500 when he fixed the problem. In the end this company saw an opportunity to take advantage of an elderly couple and decided to do so. I will be posting this review on every site I can find as well as filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

New to the area and I called these professionals because I had a bathroom plumbing issue. They were very professional although they did not have to come out I appreciate their honesty and the fact that they saved me money by offering a few simple tips. I would definitely contact them should I have any future plumbing issues.

My rental house had a backup on the septic system. Tenants texted me at 6 in the morning, I called All About Plumbing at 7
and they were able to fit me in that morning. They worked at it until the problem was fixed and it wasn't easy. Everything was done
by 10. Great to work with James and price was exceptional for the amount of time and effort.

My 90 year old mother woke to pipes rattling and very little water pressure and the water was brown with a lot of sediment. We called All About Plumbing. They listened to our description and immediately reassured us that everything would be ok. They met us at my mother's house in Varina within 1 hour and diagnosed the problem. The well pump was cracked and by early afternoon the problem was fix. They were very knowledgeable, professional and during this pandemic they were also very sensitive and caring. They were a bright spot at a very dark time. Thank you for helping us to take care of our 90 year old mother.

Called them for a quote to repair a leaking solder joint in copper pipe under a laundry room sink. I had estimated about $250-$400 for the repair. It's something I could have done myself but figured a professional might be able to yield a more clean job.

I will say, they provided a time to come out and they were on time for that estimate. That said, when he arrived he said that the job was "much more involved" than he anticipated (even though I had already detailed fully what needed to be done prior to him coming out). He then said he had another customer and would have to call me back with a quote.

About two hours later he called me back with a quote... Wait for it... Nine hundred and thirty dollars. I was so taken aback I had to make sure he wasnr talking in pesos. He stated the amount was so high because he was going to have to cut "a few inches" of the cabinet back to gain better access.

In any event, we elected to not go with him. An hour of my DIY time an about $30 in fittings and my sink is leak free.

Based on the outlandish quote I'm not convinced he actually wanted the work but if he did then buyer be warned... The pricing is high at best, but fringes on predatory for anyone who has limited DIY knowledge.

**Response 11/2/20 - In response to their management stating they use industry standard pricing... I compared average pricing for a shutoff valve replacement and a burst pipe repair prior to calling to get an idea of what I should expect to pay as both jobs would entail the same skills needed to do this job. Shutoff valve replacement is $150-250 and the cost to repair/replace leaking/burst copper pipe is "$49 to $375 depending on length and access"... considering your quote was nearly three times that I will have to respectfully disagree with your assessment.

I called and scheduled an appointment for today between 8am and 1pm. They were very nice and helpful on the phone. I had to take off work to meet them... They made little to no effort to let me know they were here and never called. I called the company at 1pm to see what had happened. Apparently the tech claimed he had been by 'around 10am' but no one came to the door.

I was home all morning.

I did think I heard a knock but when I went outside there was no one. As I was in my living room at the time it took me less than 15 seconds to get to the door. If that was their attempt at contacting me then they clearly did not want my business. They had my number as well. Who knocks once, leaves and doesn't call to check in? What if I was hearing impaired and never would have heard the knock? What if I were physically disabled and unable to get to the door immediately? What if I'd been on the can?! I don't consider this making an effort at all.

The woman offered to reschedule but did not offer an apology or seem sympathetic at all. I asked if the inspection fee could be waived and she told me she would ask... I have not heard back.

Edit for reply: I'm not saying he didn't show up. He must have as what you've described is definitely my house. What I'm saying is that he made a minimal effort to contact me or let me know he was there. He did not call when he should have had my number as I gave it to you. He did not stay for longer than a minute AT MOST after knocking as the minute I thought I might have heard said knock I opened the door. Also the tag was from a dog poop company who always leaves me one when they arrive to do their work. I didn't miss anything.

Amazing company, great and fair pricing, and quality work! We’ve had them out multiple times to fix pipes and do some installations. The response is incredibly fast and the price is much less than other plumbers around. I can’t recommend them enough!

My first experience with All about plumbing was when I just purchased my home, in 2021 I had a busted pipe, I have been using them ever since WILL NOT USE ANYONE ELSE.They are professional and perfectionists, not forgetting reasonable. I had them redo my entire bathroom... with a walk in shower. I have referred them to many of my friends and family, and I refer them to you too!

As a customer, I value your time. I was given 5 hour window which was 8 am to 1 pm. I was not contacted until 2:24 pm. This is way beyond of any given window time. I hope you also agree with me that my time is also valuable. When I received the first call, I mentioned that it would take 20 minutes for me to reach my home. When I was contacted second time, I was about 5 minutes away from my home that I clearly told him. This is not simply true that he waited 15 minutes after second call. My office is only about 10 miles and never take more than 20 minutes during this time of the week.

I humbly request you that please check how many times I tried to reach your office so that I know my service status after 1 pm. No one in your office responded to my calls. After 2 pm, I simply thought you just did not show up. I was surprised after receiving first call at 2:24 pm. I did not make any delay on my way to my home rather tried to reach as soon as possible.

Dear owner, please try to understand what happened with me was very unfair. I am sure you want to provide good customer service but this type customer service I as a customer never expect.

My home warranty company authorized them for plumbing issue at my home. It was extremely difficult to get appointment and only day they give me Tuesday with 8 am to 1 pm window. They did not show up. I tried to reach them on the day of appointment at least 15 times. There was no one at the customer service to answer. Received a call at 2:24 pm. I answered the call and told them that I will be at my house in 20 minutes from my work place. Received another call 15 minutes later and I told them that I am 5 minutes away but received a text message in few seconds saying that he had to leave. I requested him to return by sending messages that I am at the property but he did not and never responded to my messages and calls. I had to make trip from my work place to my house and back to my work place for nothing. I have never experienced this kind of extremely poor service. Very disappointed!

I thought it would be appropriate to post my very honest review. I know the importance of a review, especially since we live in a world where consumers value feedback. Sometimes fake reviews are written by competitors hoping to one up you, or even customers who have mistaken your business for someone else's.
In my honest opinion...All About Plumbing Service & Repair was the best plumbing service I have ever received to date. My technician was prompt in his timeframe for arrival, as well as friendly and efficient. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. (Side note: I tend to ask a lot of questions, but the technician put my mind at ease as he was very patient in addressing my concerns.)
I know I can't get quality work done for next to nothing, but at the same time, the price for the service I received was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to friends, family or anyone else in need. Keep up the good work! You have a customer for life.

Called AAP looking for someone who could fix my water pressure tank switch. We woke up to no water (again), and while I got it to come back on by filing the contacts again, the switch was very noticeably burnt out and it was only a matter of time before it happened again.

Don was at our house within an hour of calling, and the repair was done quickly. The cost was reasonable. Will use again if the situation arises.

Has this company out to fix our well, we had been running out of water off and on for about 2 weeks. They came out told us the well has plenty of water but we needed to replace our well pressure tank and pressure switch. Thy quoted us $1430. The cost of the switch is $25 the cost of the tank is $390. The labor was about 1.5hrs that they were on site. Maybe another $30-50 for fittings and a gauge. Still about $900 for labor. Thy leave and 4 hrs later no water. We told them the pressure tank (proflow well pressure tank) was empty. They told us it was supposed to be empty. The first line of the Manual for the tank says this tank is designed for air and water. These guys are clueless. They say they will come out this morning when they tell us the well is not refilling fast enough. Not 24 hours after they said there was plenty of water, and charged a predatory price. Do not use these guys they are not knowledgeable or professional.

Update my roommate received a call shortly after I posted from the company asking that the review be taken down. When I called the number they called from and asked for Donald so I could explain the reason for the review I was told I had the wrong number

Actually it is my concern as I live there and WE STILL DON'T HAVE WATER I want everyone to know the shoddy overpriced work you do.

Update they came out and filled the well up with water this afternoon. This evening we are again out of water these guys are clown shoes buyer beware.

Installed a Pressure Tank on my well system. Very prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the project. I was pleased the job was completed in a timely manner and with the quality of workmanship.

Called on Thursday afternoon to have an estime on my sewer repair done and the technicians showed up early Friday AM. By Monday, work had already begun. Super responsive and professional. Loved working with them and loved speaking with Ms Arnetta in the office. Definitely recommended and will definitely use again!

James was amazing! He came right into our home and got to work on the plumbing issues same day. I would highly recommend their service to others and utilize them again!

Repaired underground pipes, Mr Davis was very helpful and informative. Work was completed in a timely manner.I would definitely call on All About Plumbing for any further home plumbing problems. In fact I'm definitely having them do a shower project now.
