I had an appointment for them to come check out my plumbing. Secretary told me there wasn’t a set time they’ll come so I took off work that day so I wouldn’t miss them. They never showed up and I didn’t get a courtesy call saying they wouldn’t. I was referred to them saying they were good, however my experience is not. I’ll find another company.
