Joseph was very courteous, respectful, and professional. Got my generator working perfectly and explained in detail what was going on with it. He went in the basement and made sure the transfer box (I believe that's what he called it) was good. Gilman is a fantastic company who obviously trains their technicians well! Thank you Joseph!

Gilman is great! Very easy to reach on the phone. Great customer service. Our tech Sam was incredible. We just moved into this house and had lots of questions about our hvac and generator. He took the time to listen to our concerns and answered all of our questions! Very professional!

Joseph was on time and very professional. He performed a yearly check on our Rheem hvac and discussed with me options for a smart thermostat. This was my first experience with Gilman and I was very pleased how he represented the company. I would definitely recommend them.

The technician showed up on time and got right to work. He did some troubleshooting on a heat pump that was frosting over. He found the problem quickly and gave me a detailed estimate for parts and labor before he left, as the part was not in stock. The part should arrive tomorrow and he told me he would call for a follow up appointment. I have been using Gilman for about 3 years for regular maintenance and service. They are awesome and true to their word. Thanks Mr Price.

I WAS SHOPPING FOR A SERVICE TO REMOVE MY 20 YEAR OLD OIL BURNER AND INSTALL PROPANE. SALES REP MIKE KANE CAME TO THE HOME AND EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE IN PROPANE FURNACES. WE DECIDED TO GO WITH A 96 PERCENT EFFICIENT FURNACE THAT WOULD NOT REQUIRE USING MY OLD CHIMNEY. WE AGREED ON A PRICE AND MOVED AHEAD WITH THE JOB. THE 2 TECHS THAT WERE SENT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD. THE JOB TOOK 2 DAYS BECAUSE OF THE REMOVAL. THE WORK WAS NEATLY DONE AND THEY SHOWED ME HOW THEY TIED THE FURNACE INTO MY OLD DUCT WORK. "YES" I WOULD DEFINATELY SUGGEST CALLING THEM BEFORE SETTLING ON THE COMPETITION. TELL THEM TONY FROM FARNHAM SUGGESTED CALLING THEM. SINCE THEN, MIKE AND I HAVE BECOME FRIENDS AND I CALL HIM OFTEN ON UNRELATED HEATING ITEMS.

The tech was very professional. Did his job without disturbing the house and was ready to answer any questions. Will use them again as the need arises.
