We had a hot water heater problem. Reuben was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and explained what had happened. He provided useful advice on how to avoid the problem in the future (hint: flush!).

Professional Plumbing repaired my broken pipes in my ceiling, installed new faucets, installed new garbage disposal and installed new low volume toilets. Their work was neat, effective and "professional". The new toilets save me money on my water bill so they pay for themselves. I recommend Professional Plumbing.

They installed a top-drawer commercial water heater and brought tho old installation up to code. It is a high-quality job. The price is about twice as high another plumbers, but the quality is about twice as high too.

During the Jan 2026 ice storm we didn’t have any hot water for about a week. When we called for assistance PPSI moved mountains in order to make sure we had hot water that evening and they made sure we wouldn’t have the problem again! Much much much appreciated!!!

Professional , polite . I was always in the loop of scheduled work. Out of 4 company’s called professional plumbers were the only company that would extend a drain from attic HVAC to the exterior side of house to drain water. Everything works perfect, no more constant problems.

We called them one day they were there the next and did an awesome job. Had another issue we wanted addressed and they did an awesome job again. Technicians were very courteous and we enjoyed working with them.
