I have used MVS services LLC twice and am always happy with their work! I had my master bathroom redone 2 years and it’s still beautiful. I just had my kitchen redone and could not be happier. They delivered my vision and more. They are friendly, helpful, curtious, clean and family friendly. They didn’t mind my progress walk through with a toddler bothering them. He went above and beyond to deliver what I wanted at a very fair price. I would recommend Manuel and his crew to anyone! I would not hesitate to use them again if I need any more work done!

If I could give the owner of this company zero stars, I would. He definitely does not care about customer satisfaction. This company just completed repairs in my home which consisted of drywall and laminate floor replacement from water damage. Upon hiring this company, the manager verbally stated he would, in fact, be able to complete the repairs with no problem, including replacement of laminate floor planks. It was never written in the proposal that he might not be able to repair the floor to its original installation. He stated "we can fix the floor". Two full boxes of the laminate floor planks were purchased by me to replace the water damaged planks. After completion of the floor repair and upon very careful examination, I noticed extremely poor workmanship of the installation of the new floor planks. The repairman installed the new floor planks using numerous nails and wood filler to fill in gaps between the planks. The wood filler was also used to cover nails, most of which are very visible and protrude, especially walking barefoot. There are also chips on the finish of the floor and holes in some of the planks. It's a floating and locking floor which does not require nails or any other type of material. The floor now looks awful. It was very poor and shoddy workmanship from this company. After communicating my utmost dissatisfaction to the owner, he absolutely refused to reimburse me a portion of the repair costs from this shoddy work. I highly believe he would have such a horrible looking floor in his home. I now must repurchase for the second time, numerous new floor boxes to rectify the shoddy repair from his company. In addition to spending more money on materials, I will have to hire a REAL professional floor installer. A good businessman would make good for his terrible mistake. Photos do not lie. THINK TWICE ABOUT HIRING THIS COMPANY. 1/19/19 UPDATE: The business owner changed the agreed terms and decided not to comply with an amicable resolution to this matter. This proves he can only offer poor customer satisfaction and does not deliver as promised. If you desire excellent quality work and honesty from a contractor, I advise you to look elsewhere.
