We had a major "construction" job on our home and our home was a disaster. We arrived after a week living away about an hour before the cleaners and tried to give them a jump start but it was overwhelming. I truly thought the cleaners would arrive, take one look...and leave!

Luckily, Dora and Alcida arrived!!! They represented Virginia Housekeepers about as well as you can represent a company. They were good natured, conscientious and very efficient! 2 1/2 hours later, our home was clean and dust free!! It wasnt just a matter of cleaning. Understand, the contractors had stuff moved around, jackhammered concrete and there was dirt and dust everywhere. It wasn't just chaotic, it was filthy! By the time these two women were done, the place looked incredible!!!

I really cant say enough about Dora and Alcida. I am not exaggerating when I say our home was a dusty mess! If every housekeeper meets the standard they set, I would certainly recommend Virginia Housekeepers to everyone! To tackle such a disaster with such efficiency and good humor is astonishing in today's day and age.

The quality of work performed by Estela and Katerine totally blew me away. I hired Virginia Housekeepers for a post construction/deep clean and I was worried because 1) there was a ton of dust everywhere after the renovations and 2) we hadn’t unpacked yet after our move due to the dust, so I wasn’t confident they’d actually be able to clean much with all the clutter. But when I returned, no dust in sight! And they went above and beyond and cleaned in places that I was sure they wouldn’t be able to get to. We have an infant and I was anxious about how we could possibly clean the house enough to feel at ease but that’s not a problem anymore. Estela made sure I checked all the rooms and I could feel that she was proud of the work they’d done - that alone tells me everything about their work ethic and makes me want to hire them again! Harry was also very responsive, which was a welcome change from the slow communication I’d experienced from other vendors. For nearly 5 hours of labor and the quality of their work, I believe the price was more than fair. The house doesn’t just LOOK clean now, it actually FEELS clean. I’d highly recommend them and would happily pay for their services again!

The Virginia Housekeepers team did such a nice job coordinating a deeper clean on our house than we have time for. We have worked with another service in the area that charged higher prices and weren't as thorough or thoughtful. We very much appreciate the time that Estefani & Raquel invested in our home.

Deep cleaning of three full baths, kitchen appliances, and cabinets was outstanding following three weeks of renovations: 1,200 square feet of hardwood flooring refinishing, 1,200 square feet of new carpet, 375 square feet of polished porcelain tile installed in the kitchen, and 36 new cordless faux blinds throughout the house in preparation for marketing for rent. The two cleaners, scheduled for five hours (10 woman-hours), worked an hour of overtime, stating that the newly tiled kitchen floor needed hands-and-knees scrubbing, which I found doubtful since the tile was newly installed. The three bathrooms, which were not included in the renovation work, did require considerable effort and took up the bulk of their time, particularly for cleaning the shower surrounds and floor tile, especially the grout lines. They used a special grout cleaning brush that I provided, and it was indeed hard work. I award five stars to them for that alone.

Having a spotlessly clean house really appeals to me. It's just a nicer place to live! Anna and Jaqueline did a wonderful job: the hardwood floors gleam, the dust is gone, the countertops sparkle, the bathrooms looked clean enough, but now they really gleam....I can get used to this!

I shopped around for a deep clean at a good price with quality reviews. I found Virginia Housekeepers. This job was for my work house and they did a superb job! we've got multiple young adult men living together can be and they are rough on a house! Milenia, Sandra, & Brenda did a stellar job (as you can tell from the photos!) I will be calling on them again for additional jobs. If you want a crew that works hard and efficiently, and does the task for a fair price, give them a call.

I scheduled a move out cleaning with Virginia Housekeepers. The ladies who came to clean — Cecilia and Carmen— were absolutely fantastic. They dusted, swept, scrubbed, and mopped every surface, and my place is spotless now.

Moving is such a stressful time, but this team alleviated a lot of the stress by making sure I could turn over a clean apartment.

These girls are our cleaning angels, as my kids call them! We have had Claiderin and Yenny for over a year now. I have had a few house cleaning companies before over the years and NEVER have they achieved the cleanliness of these ladies. I have had a few other teams due to cancellations and reschedules on my end, and they have also been top tier. Truly a blessing. Do not chose anyone else!

Claudia and Lucia arrived on time and did a great job cleaning. The other service i tried had constant scheduling issues and the ladies, while pretty good, always left way more quickly than the time that was allotted. They wiped down our dining table and chairs really well, which were a disaster from my toddler.

Maykelyn & Rosmery did a deep clean on my mother’s home and she could not be happier with the service. She loved how thorough they were and their professionalism.
