Jay is professional and honest. I had another company tell me my unit needed replacing so I called Jay for a second opinion. He fixed the 200.00 part and told me not to replace it. That was 4 years ago and he has been my guy ever since! If you call him, he will be there! Dependable, honest and trustworthy describe him 100%.

Enthusiastically recommend with my highest compliments!!! Called in the morning for a water/flood issue I had with my hvac unit and Jay was able to stop by the same day. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue as if he had a telepathic bond with my hvac unit lol. BY FAR, one of the most honest tradesman I have ever come across. I brought up a couple of things I thought would be helpful and he expertly told me why I did NOT need them and instead offered a solution that addressed all of my concerns and put me immediately at ease. Jay was a lifesaver ! Another big named company looked at our heat pump and said the blower was burned out and repairs would cost $8000. He recommended a new unit at the cost of $18-22,000. Both options would take several days. Thankfully we got a second opinion from Haley Heating and Air. Jay fixed the problem in under 2 hours, replaced thermostat and we had heat for just about $400. He was kind courteous and honest. Highly recommend them!!
