Jay is professional and honest. I had another company tell me my unit needed replacing so I called Jay for a second opinion. He fixed the 200.00 part and told me not to replace it. That was 4 years ago and he has been my guy ever since! If you call him, he will be there! Dependable, honest and trustworthy describe him 100%.

Jay has serviced our home and our families homes for at least 15 or more years. He is excellent! We trust his skill and knowledge and recommendations. He is professional and responds quickly. We are grateful to have such a trusted person to call.

Enthusiastically recommend with my highest compliments!!! Called in the morning for a water/flood issue I had with my hvac unit and Jay was able to stop by the same day. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue as if he had a telepathic bond with my hvac unit lol. BY FAR, one of the most honest tradesman I have ever come across. I brought up a couple of things I thought would be helpful and he expertly told me why I did NOT need them and instead offered a solution that addressed all of my concerns and put me immediately at ease. A TRUE MASTER OF HIS CRAFT and great communicator. Without hesitation, Haley's will be my only go-to business for all of my future HVAC needs!!! A true professional!

Jay was a lifesaver ! Another big named company looked at our heat pump and said the blower was burned out and repairs would cost $8000. He recommended a new unit at the cost of $18-22,000. Both options would take several days. Thankfully we got a second opinion from Haley Heating and Air. Jay fixed the problem in under 2 hours, replaced thermostat and we had heat for just about $400. He was kind courteous and honest. Highly recommend them!!

I can not say enough kind things about Jay with Haley's Heating and air. He is the only company I will call to do any HVAC or Boiler work at home. I found him after dealing with quite a few companies trying to get an ancient system fixed and I was so impressed by how refreshingly honest and cheerful Jay is. Over the years I have had to call him for many more things and have never had a bad experience. Don't think twice, if you want an honest and reliable guy with great prices call Haley's Heating and Air.

Haleys Heating and Air are the best. I'd give them a 10 out of 5 stars. My heat went out back in January 2025. I had other companies come out and said my COMPRESOR needed to be replaced. Cost that OHA and All Season companies quoted were $4600.00 and $5600.00 dollars....
Wow, I went all winter with Emergency heat only. I'm a senior citizen on Social security.
Haleys Air and Heating charged me $200.00 for a cleaning. Technician, Jay told me there was NOTHING WRONG WITH MY COMPRESOR. What a God send Jay is. My Heat and A.C are working fine now. With just a $ 200.00 dollar cleaning..

Highly recommend! I had an issue with my AC and they came out same day (actually within a couple of hours) and fixed the issue within an hour. The rates were extremely reasonable and they were very friendly as well.

Recently had Haley's replace a new unit, heat pump, etc and let me stress how highly I recommend this company! For starters, the quote was much lower than the others I received. Was completely replaced in just over a day, which was a very difficult job. The heat pump and furnace were at the very back of the crawlspace, where the clearance for even the new parts was barely feasible.

Long story short...it was a difficult job, done at a very fair price, and I was very impressed by how hard he worked to complete the job. Also offered to come out in Spring and test the AC to make sure everything is good to go for the Summer.

The only HVAC person I will ever use for my home and rental properties. Outstanding work done at a fair price every time.

The blower motor on our HVAC air handler went bad on a night when it was 10 degrees outside. I googled reviews for HVAC near Locust Grove and I found Haley's HVAC and I'm glad I did. I left a call with Haley's at 7:00am and he called me back at 7:15. Jay showed up out our house about 10:30 and the problem was diagnosed and fixed by 12:30. He replaced the blower motor and capacitor for an extremely reasonable price. I know some of the other larger HVAC repair companies have good techs, but I think they would have likely charged me double for the parts and labor. I highly recommend Haley's HVAC . They were great. Cleaned 2 gas fireplaces. Couldn't have asked for more complete service. Very efficient and courteous. If we have any other gas related problems we absolutely know who we'll call.

Called to have my Air Conditioning fixed and was told a repairman would be out on Saturday. Charley arrived and found the problem asap. He called called several times to find the part. Part could not be picked up until Monday morning. Charley drove to Richmond to pick up part and came to our house to install part. Charley went above and beyond to get parts and fix our AC.
