Technician texted ahead of time and diligently researched and worked the problem. A one year old refrigerator had a loose internal connection to the coil which came completely undone. Quite a job disassembling to get to the culprit. Very satisfied.

They were picked by our warranty company so I can’t speak to cost. But they came on time and fixed the washer quickly and in one trip. I would likely use them in the future even if my appliance was not under warranty.

Reza and his team called in advance and asked for the washer model number. He had the part on hand saving a second trip. Excellent Maytag service. No cost since I was on the Maytag plan!

Ultimately the fridge was fixed. I was surprised by the length of time it took. I called 10/6, first technician came 10/9. He figured out that a part was needed. Part and ultimate fix came 10/16. 10 days without refrigerator. From sharing this experience with friends, it seems most places get things done much quicker. Specifically - most places keep the defroster coils on the truck since it is such a common problem.
