LCS were fantastic. They did all the site work for our new house. They were responsive, did great work, and were very professional.

The staff working at the service desk and work assessment are very unresponsive! After weeks of calls and emails, no body could provide proper assessment/response for our project. It wasted too much time and delayed our project by about a month. Disapointing, not recommending LCS at all!

Built a new house in Vienna and had LCS do all the site work. They did great job. All the staff and their crews that work on site are super helpful and where easy to work with. They will do it right!

We built a custom home in Northern Virginia, and LCS handled the site work. We were very satisfied with their detailed proposal and fair pricing, which they honored without any surprises. They answered our questions and explained various options clearly. The entire crew was helpful, especially Conor Black, who was particularly knowledgeable.

Scheduling with LCS was a little difficult at times but they did their best to keep stay on track.

I can not say enough good things about this company. We are building a new home and everyone at LCS was great to work with but I need to send a shout out to Matt with their landscaping division. He was simply amazing. He put together a stunning landscape design and then implemented and oversaw everything. It was a massive two week project, but Matt constantly kept us in the loop. He came to the site multiple times a day to check on his crew and was completely open to our input. He made it easy for us and they did an absolutely fantastic job. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience working with C&N Construction on a brick walkway and stoop repair project. From the start, they were responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Erik Peterson, the project manager, was especially helpful and ensured everything stayed on track.

Their team was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, and the quality of the repair really shows in the finished product. The walkway and stoop look fantastic and feel solid and well-built.

What stood out most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They noticed a small issue after the work was completed and proactively came back to fix it—without me even having to ask. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated.

Erik did a great job providing various solutions for cleaning up our parking pad and making a recommendation for the best way forward. The crew was very professional cleaning up after each day over the 4 day project and were conscious of our neighbors expectations. Erik visited the site a number of times during the project and kept me informed along the way. Great work.

Excellent work rebuilding some masonry steps and retaining wall. Very reasonable price and great people to deal with.

We've used this company for 2 jobs and they've done an excellent job each time. I definitely recommend them.

They re-did a concrete step that has now lasted 3+ winters (various other repairs never lasted), and did some internal masonry for us that has also stood up well. We will be using them for or next job (a patio) without hesitation since they did did a nice job on our neighbor's patio/porch.

Carlos and his crew did an excellent, outstanding renovation job on my basement. Water damaged panels were removed from walls and ceilling then these areas were professionally patched and reinforced with cement and later painted white. Now I have a large bright waterproof basement, thanks to Carlos and his team.

mine was a significant repair job incorporating both brick and masonry stone work. I had a crew of six guys working hard for four days, finishing with a power washing to clean. Looks brand new. Definitely recommend.

I will recommend C&N Construction to all my friends and family. I recently contracted C&N Construction to remodel my basement. It was a major project and before meeting Cesario, the owner, I must admit that I was a bit hesitant to start the work. I met with a few local contractors but Cesario was the one that made me feel the most comfortable. He knew what he was talking about and even gave me a few ideas to make it perfect for us. During the contracting phase, Sandra was always responsive to my questions either by phone or email. I'm very happy with C&N Construction and I will use them for all my future projects!

Quality and Integrity

Having used C&N Construction LLC for a residential hardscaping project in March 2023, I recommend the Company without reservation. The quality of its work and its treatment of me exceeded my expectations.

The project challenged everyone by my having to use two different contractors to expand a front porch—C&N to install the expanded porch’s floor and another contractor to expand the roof over the new porch’s floor. C&N patiently and professionally coordinated with me and the other contractor, even though I had to delay C&N’s work many months until I could find the appropriate other contractor.

Also replacing my driveway, C&N noticed a gutter downspout on my house had been discharging rainwater directly toward my existing driveway. Rather than risk having the situation damage my new driveway, C&N redirected the downspout into extended piping which it buried underground safely away from the driveway. A less conscientious contractor would have not noticed or remedied the potential damage to a beautiful new driveway.

I highly recommend C&N to other consumers who need hardscaping services.

I’ve used Cesario @ C&N construction for projects at my home including a back patio, firepit and they just finished my front walkway in beautiful flagstone. I’ve been using them now for 14 years and they are the very best and wonderful to work with. The quality of the work is undeniable.

C&N did our driveway last year. It was beautiful. We got lots of complements. I have had concrete work done before, and we were given instructions to spray it to help in the curing process. I was never given these instructions. Unfortunately after 6 months there were two cracks on the pathway leading up the house. I'm not sure if these cracks could have been avoided. I have reported these cracks to C&N approximately a month ago. I included a picture of the crack and will include a picture of the crack, if they can fix it.
